[b]Explain what you did wrong and why you did it[/b] I was immature before, trolling Brian a bit and he muted me. It was a stupid thing of me to do, but then the mute expired and I just asked Brian exactly 2  times in the Los Santos main chat 'Did you like the Netherlands?' . Because of the reason he visited the Netherlands, that was not even trolling. I honestly asked him something, not to troll. I trolled before that and I calmed down realized I was very wrong.

Well, I do admit, I was trolling before this and I was not playing by the rules. That is true indeed, no denying in that. But then why else would I appeal? I am appealing because in my opinion this ban duration is very unfair. A few months of ban? Maybe that would be alright? But permamently for a bit of trolling?

That, that is in my case excessive.

I do not have the logs anymore since it was so long ago, too long to remember what exactly even happened. I think Brian just got pissed off, and because he has the power and authority no one would question his ban, banning a random player.
A player named Nedicking, and banned on the forum aswell, for what? So I could not let my voice be heard? He banned me using these exact words: 'Troll cunt, never unban' .

A level 5 staff, banning someone ingame for trolling but using the permaban button. Banning on forum aswell for no reason to mute his voice and in the same time flaming him.

That, that is what I call abusing. Abusing his rank and powers.
