on the first one I got angry at his reaction and set a ban on him for one day, which I removed, though, because I felt it was better to just send a warning instead. Here's my reply to his first PM

and my reply to his second one, as he sent it at the same time I replied to his first:

"Actually, no, because since November 31st 2009, you only had 3 posts, which is 7 below the minimum requirement of 10 posts a month (stated many times including the staff forum) and every few months I had to bug you to post more, else I am certain you would have never met that requirement."

(btw I had to demote many other staff for the same reasons before and Cooliojazz is the very first one to ever react like this)
