  1. Buy 3 Poke Balls (#1)
  2. Manip for Nido
  3. (Get Potion in the tree on the way up)
  4. 2 Tail Whip Weedle, then Tackle.
  5. Switch Squirtle to #2, Potion him to 17+ before Brock
  6. (Buy Potions at the Mart before going to Brock first if can't do this. Faster than getting another hidden one)
  7. Switch play Nidoran with both on Brock to get level 8.
  8. Buy 8 Potions (#2, D1) Turn mode to Set
  9. Leer + HA + HA, Leer + HA + Tackle/HA, Leer + HA + Tackle
  10. Prob Potion (#3) before Shorts guy. Leer + HA + HA/Tackle, Leer + HA + HA
  11. HA + Tackle/HA, HAs, HA + HA/Tackle, HAs | HA + Tackle, HA + HA | HA + PS, HA + PS + PS
  12. Note: Must keep 4 Horn Attacks for Scientist, so sub in Poison Stings on Bug Catcher instead if you'll run below.
  13. Catch Pidgey/Spearow (Tackle to weaken, PS if lvl 5 Spearow)
  14. Def manip Paras, look for extended with Bird too

  16. Scientist: HA + HA + PS, HA + HA
  17. Save manip through Mt Moon. Get Candy, Escape Rope, TM01, Moon Stone, and kill the Paras.
  18. Moon Stone (#7, D6) before Rocket and teach Mega Punch over Leer (#1).
  19. MP, MP (PS)| MP + Tackle/MP/HA, MP (PS), MP + MP/HA
  20. Note: If 3 Horn Attacks, HA + HA Grimer. If 2, one on both Grimer and Koffing. If 1, use on Grimer if bad roll, otherwise Koffing.
  21. Take center at Cerulean, get Rare Candy.
  22. Rival: HA + HA + HA, HA, MP, HA + HA | MP Pidgeotto/Bulba if HA won't kill
  23. MP, MP | MP (PS), HA + HA | MP, MP, HA | MP (PS), HA + HA | HA + PS/HA
  24. (Switch Poison Sting to slot 1. Do it on Pidgey if MP didn't kill, otherwise do it turn 1 Mankey)
  25. Use both Rare Candies (#5/4, D4/3) and teach Teach over Poison Sting (#1)
  26. Thrash above Hiker, and get Elixir. Then Thrash everything else too.
  27. Get the Hidden Ether before Bill
  28. (Triple Potion if below 7 HP (#4, D3)) Escape Rope (#5, D4))
  29. Head to the Gym, Thrash Goldeen and Misty (Heal to at least 41 before Misty)
  30. Thrash through here as well. Get the hidden Full Restore in the underground.
  31. Potion (#4, D3) to 40+ before SS Anne rival and teach Bubblebeam (#9, D5) over Tackle (#2) [If don't need to heal, do Bubblebeam in the next menu, and just double HA Pidgeotto)
  32. Vermillion Mart: Buy 3 repels (#6, D5) | [Note: Second entries for menus are no Antidone]
  33. If below <X>, Use Potion and teach TM11 (#9/8) over Tackle (#2)
  34. Note: When teaching Bubblebeam, switch Elixier and Ether (6 and 7 or 5 and 6) [D2 to TM11]
  35. SS Anne: HA + BB, Thrash | Can MP Raticate if Sand Attacked. Use HA to finish Ivysaur.
  36. [Swap Elixir and Teach TM11 to Nidoking first if didn't before]
  37. Switch #1 with Repel (#11/10, D10/9) and teach HM01 (D1) and TM28 (#U3) to Paras
  38. Cut the bush, then save and Can manip.
  39. Surge: HA + BB. Thrash Pikachu + Raichu
  40. Note: if in Sonicboom kill range (i.e. 20 or below), just lead with Thrash and hope for the best
  41. Get Bike Voucher, Dig back to Cerulean
  42. Switch #2 with Bike (#13/12, D11/10) and teach TM24 (U1) to Nidoking over Horn Attack (#3) and Bike (#2) to Rock Tunnel
  43. Mega Punch first Oddish, then Thrash through rock tunnel within redbar.
  44. Note: Use Cubone/Slowpoke to get redbar if you don't have it yet. Prefer Slowpoke.
  45. BB Growlithe and Thrash Vulpix
  46. Get Elixer in underground (3 seconds) Do not take centre

  48. 2F: Sell: (TM34, #2) Nuggets, (#4, D3) [Sell Bide if it's there, it'll be if you kept Antidote]
  49. Buy: 9 Super Repels (#4, D3), 2 Super Potion (D0) | TM07 (#4, D3)
  50. Note: If sold Bide, get extra X Speed, and Super Potion
  51. 4F: Buy Poke Doll (#1)
  52. Top: Buy Soda Pop, get TM. Get another Fresh Water as you leave
  53. 5F: 18 X Accuracy (#2, D1), 2 Special (#7, D6), 6 Speed (D2) - Take elevator down

  55. Switch #2 with Super Repel (#10, D8) and teach HM02 (#19, D9) to flier (U1) and TM48 (U5) to Nidoking (#1, D2) over Mega Punch (#4)
  56. Use Super Repel (#2), switch #3 with X Accuracy (#15, D12) and teach TM07 (U3) to Nidoking over Thrash (#1)
  57. (Also Potion to 9?+)
  58. Rival: X Acc (#3, D2) All Horn Drills
  59. Rock Slide Gastlys and get both Elixers | Use Pokedoll (#12, D11)
  60. TB, TB, TB | X Acc (#3, D2): HD, HD | TB, TB, TB (TB), TB. Get Pokeflute
  61. Fly off to Celadon, take center.

  63. Bike to Snorlax. Swap Slot 5 and X Speeds (#15, D10) and Poke Flute (#18, D3)
  64. Get PP Up on Cycling Road, but not the Rare Candy
  65. Super Repel (#2), use PP Up (#19, D17) on Horn Drill (#1) and Bike through in Safari Zone. Use another Super Repel anything after going into the second room, get Surf and Strength
  66. Note: Get Full Restore in here if dropped your first one.
  67. Bike straight to Silph Co. Take stairs to 5F, and get the Elixir.
  68. Arbok: X Acc: HD
  69. Note: If Para'd, use an X Speed. This won't work if then hit by Leer. If that happens, triple TB
  70. X Acc (#3, D2) X Spd (D2): HD | HP Thresholds are after the level up (which is worth 3HP)
  71. If 98+: (X Spec, D8): TB, BB, HD, HD.
  72. If 90-97: HD, RS, RS + RS, HD
  73. If 89-: HD, RS, HD, HD. On next fight X Acc: BB, HD, BB + BB |
  74. Note: If Cubone then hits you to 23-43, X Spec on him to ohko Marowak
  75. If X Spec on Pidgeot, when you get to Gyarados:
  76. 74-97: Use a second X Spec
  77. 48-73: Use a Super Potion
  78. 1-47: Just kill, get redbar elsewhere
  79. X Acc (#3, D2): BB, HD, HD
  80. Note: If enough health to tank a Drowzee Psychic, can use X Acc on him instead.
  81. Have to use Elixir before/during next fight. Do it before if <35, on Nidorino if above.

  83. Dig out, Fly to Fuschia and walk off to Gym.

  86. Note: HD on Weezing if HP 17 or less. If stalling, use X Spec if didn't use one in Silph, otherwise BB.
  87. Bike to Go get Strength, Fly to Pallet.
  88. Walk to the water, in the corner. Use a Super Repel (#2), then Teach HM03 (#18, D16) to Squirtle (#2, U1), then use a Rare Candies (U2) on Nidoking (#1, U1) and Surf.
  89. Pickup Blizzard. As soon as you do, use another Super (#2), and Teach HM04 (#19, D17) to Squirtle (#2), then teach Blizzard (D1) to Nidoking (#1, U1) over BB (#2)
  90. Pickup both Rare Candies and use them immediately (#20, D19). Get Secret Key, Dig out and Bike (#1) off to Erika
  91. Blizz | Erika: Blizz, Blizz, Blizz.
  92. Note: If get hit by Bind from Tangela, you can Elixir Blizzard now. However you must hit your next 3 if you do so.
  93. Fly to Cinnibar. Use Elixir (#4, D3) on Nido (#1, D2), and Bike (#1, U3) to the gym
  94. Blaine: X Acc: RS, HD, HD, HD.
  95. Dig out, Bike off to Saffron.
  96. Sabrina: RS, X Acc: HD, HD, HD
  97. Fly to Viridian, Use Ether (#12, D11) on Nido (#1, D2) and Bike to Gym.
  98. Blizz | X Acc: HD, Blizz, HD
  99. Giovanni: X Acc: Blizz, HD, HD, HD, HD
  100. Super Repel (#2), Elixir (#4), then teach TM27 (#20, D16) to Nidoking over Rock Slide (#4) and Bike (#1) off to VR.
  101. Viridian Rival: X Acc (#3, D2) + X Spd (D2): Blizz (Blizz), Blizz, TB, HD, HD, HD
  102. Note: Pidgeot always uses Agility so redbar is fine here.
  103. Super Repel (#2) when out of the water and teach TM27 (#20)
  104. Use next one when you use Strength on second boulder, and last one when you fall down the hole.
  105. Deposit Squirtle and Paras (also Flier if going to yolo)
  106. (Buy 3 Full restores (#3, D2) if scaredy cat)
  107. Lorelei: (Switch) X Acc (#2, D1) Fiss, Fiss, Fiss, Fiss, Fiss
  108. Bruno: X Acc (#2, D1) Blizz, HD, HD, Blizz, HD | Elixir (#3) and either Super Potion to 81+, or Full Restore to full.
  109. Agatha: X Acc (#2, D1) X Spd (D1) Fiss, HD, Fiss, Fiss, Fiss | Heal to 129-140, or Full Restore to Max
  110. Lance: X Spec (#10, D9) TB, Blizz, X Spd (#3, D2/U7): Blizz, TB, Blizz | Potion to 35+
  111. Champion: X Acc (#2, D1) X Spd (D1) HD, HD, Fiss, HD, HD, HD
  112. Note: If 35-49, use X Speed first for the Badge boost defensively.
