Stuck at "Fatal error: Listen socket bind failed"

Stuck at 'bind failed' with driver drxvi314.ko loaded and apparently working.
Here are the latest status messages.
I need expert interpretation of the resulting messages regarding
a.   drxvi314.ko status

Can anyone interpret this last part for me, please?
wimaxd part that shows something listening on 5200 default port.

I need to get past this failure to bind.
A long time ago on one of my first attempts I actually did. wimaxd/wimaxc searched.
Any help solving this impasse.
