- >The four girls walked through the hall of the compound, single-file and cuffed, led and trailed by two men in uniforms.
- >Each of them wondered where they had gone wrong, what led the cops to their club and foiled their dastardly plans to be with their soulmates?
- >Could it have been Natsuki kidnapping Yuri's Anon while he was at work causing a search for him?
- >Or maybe Yuri's disguise for Natsuki's Anon wasn't as clever as she thought?
- >Perhaps Sayori's less-than-stealthy approach caught someone's attention, like the cab driver?
- >But then again, someone could've detected Monika's hacking and alerted the authorities that something was up.
- >It was Natsuki who finally spoke up and asked.
- >"So, what sold us out?" She asked to the guard behind the group.
- >"Oh, I think it was someone at the school. They contacted the police saying that some people kept leaving and entering the building off school hours unpermitted, and once they determined that you were trying to smuggle out those travelers, we were called in." He responded casually.
- >The group beat themselves up in their heads immediately. Of all the dumb things to be caught for! They could've just met at Yuri's house, or that abandoned building by Sayori's!
- >Before long, they had reached a desk where a clearly disheveled man sat staring at a computer.
- >"Got four more for ya, Jet. Ready to put em in the system?" The officer in front spoke to the man, catching his attention.
- >"Am I ready to- no, I'm not fuckin' ready, because the whole system is down, Tad. Somethin to do with the forty god damn popstars having the exact same info and confusing the thing, I'm sure." Jet responded in a huff.
- >"Well, what are we supposed to do, then? Get out some pape-"
- >"Just fuckin' shove em in the cell with the other residents. Sentence ain't too bad for them, I ain't going through the trouble of writing them down if they're just gonna get out in a couple of days."
- >"You sure? Boss ain't gonna give us shit for it?"
- >"Yeah. See, I'll take information now." He pointed to each of the girls. "Brown hair, purple hair, pink hair, salmon hair. Boom. Done. If they leave now we'll see it. Get em in the cell and stop wasting my time, yeah?"
- >"... Whatever you say, Jet. Come on, girls." Tad rolled his eyes and motioned for them to follow him.
- >Onward they marched through more and more halls, all as sterile and white as each other. Eventually, they were lead to a long row of cells.
- >Standard things; iron bars, benches, people clamoring for their loved ones.
- >Tad brought them to a long cell with a lot of other residents, and had the other guard, who he had referred to as Yatt, hold the other members of the cell at pepper-spray-point as he let the girls into it and locked the door behind them.
- >Once they were inside, he reached in and uncuffed them one by one, before telling them that dinner would be brought around soon and making his departure.
- >Now safely nestled in their cell, Sayori sat crosslegged on the bench, Monika leaned against the wall, Yuri sat regularly, and Natsuki paced.
- >A few days was nothing to wait, but what would happen to their Anons?
- >It was then that Sayori peered over to their cellmates, and realized what they were.
- >One was a brown haired boy, dressed in the same outfit as their school, who sat alone, sobbing. Plain looking, boring. But the others.
- >The others were a mob, around twenty or so, of identical women. Cyan hair, schoolgirl-esque clothes, strange voices chirping in almost robotic tones.
- >The blue Doki raised a brow, and wondered if they were all sisters or something. She eavesdropped on a conversation that was being held in the midst of the crowd.
- >"I think they're over on the other side of the prison." One spoke.
- >"Yes, but what's going to happen to them?" Said another.
- >"I'm not sure. I heard they'll be kept here for at least a few months while they sort the situation out and figure out a proper punishment."
- >"Oh, no! I'm so worried for my Michael..."
- >"The time will be over before you know i-"
- >"YOUR Michael? Oh, hell no, he's mine!" A third voice butted in, with a harsh tone.
- >The next few moments were a blur as Sayori witnessed one of the women punch another. Then, the punched woman accidentally retaliated against a different woman. This domino effect continued, and soon enough the room was filled with high pitched squealing and strands of teal-ish hair flying to and fro.
- >The Dokis and the boy recoiled and stayed away from the action, and before long a task team had busted into the cell, with one of them pointing mace at the five not involved and two getting into the fray and breaking up the brawling idols.
- >After all the commotion had ended and the fighting women brought out of the cell, all that was left of the event were the five innocents, a pile of blue hair, and one very frightened Miku.
- >Sayori scooched over to Yuri on the bench, and whispered to her.
- >"Psst, Yuri. I heard one of them say that they'd keep our Anons here for months! We've gotta do something, I can't wait that long!!"
- >The purple haired maiden nodded, then gestured to Natsuki and Monika who joined the two. Huddling together, they began to scheme.
- >"So, Monika, got any ideas?" Natsuki spoke.
- >"Uh, maybe. Why do I have to be the one with them?"
- >"Well, you were the one who had the idea of saving our Anons in the first place. Figured you'd be the one to come up with something to save them again."
- >"Mm. Well, we've obviously got to get out of this cell. Anybody got any idea on how we could get out? Convince the guard, maybe?"
- >Yuri reached into her hair, and pulled out her clip.
- >"I could probably pick the lock, I've practiced some tips I've seen online." She stated matter-of-factly, looking at the clip.
- >"Woah, Yuri, what the fuck?" Natsuki said with an impressed tone. "That's rad."
- >The purple one just smiled and expressed gratitude at the compliment, as Monika continued.
- >"Perfect. Then, we'll try to get the keys and unlock the other cells. There might also be a lever that unlocks the doors, but we'll see if we're that lucky. In any case, a big escape should allow us some cover to get over to the other side of the prison where they're held. Once there, we'll look for the same thing, bust them out, and then make our move to escape."
- >"Ooh, ooh!" Sayori squirmed. "What about our hair?"
- >"What about it?"
- >"That guard guy at the front desk said he'd remember it! We've got to disguise it!"
- >Silence fell across the four.
- >"Sayori, there's tons of people with our hair colors on this side of the prison. We'd be fine." Natsuki said with a dumbfounded look on her face.
- >"Actually, she's right. But not about us. Our Anons hair colors are less common, and they'd stick out like a sore thumb." Sayori seemed pleased with validation.
- >The four returned to thought, before Natsuki glanced over at their cellmates, who had taken to looking at the four schemers.
- >More importantly, she looked at the pile of hair extensions that were scattered over the ground.
- >"Hey, I think we could use those since it seems there's an abundance of cyan haired people around here." She said, pointing them out to the rest of the group. She continued, turning to the two. "And we should probably invite them too, since we're all going to be leaving anyway."
- >"Oh, great! Hey, you two, get over here." Monika spoke, and the two listened, joining the huddle.
- >With their escape force assembled, they laid out the plans, and over the next few hours, began to prepare.
- >In the dead of night, while the guard duty was light, the six made their move.
- >With ten wigs fashioned with the help of the recruited Miku and Natsuki's own experience with cosplay either equipped or in tow, Yuri picked the lock to their cell and they moved as a unit toward the guard post.
- >Luckily for them, the majority of the cells were situated away from them, and the guard's attention was currently taken up by his laptop.
- >Silently, Monika motioned for Sayori to take the lead, and she snuck into the cell before pushing the guard to the ground, hard.
- >With a fall similar to Monika's Anons, he dropped cold. Stepping over his unconscious body, Sayori pulled a series of levers each labelled with 'BLOCK.'
- >With a series of clicks and swinging noises, the cells in front of them opened. After a moment, the denizens poured out into the open, and began to rush around like chickens with their heads cut off.
- >In the chaos, an alarm sounded. But the squad was already on the move, and had made it to a hall that lead outside of these cell blocks and into the compound.
- >Natsuki shouted for the crowd to follow, and that crowd's loves would be down this hallway. With tidal wave of bodies, clashing and bashing through the hallway, the six assimilated about halfway into the crowd and pushed forward.
- >Guards attempted, and were slightly successful, in taming the crowd with mace and tear gas. However, the front of the crowd managed to take the brunt of it, and our villains burst through the defense and continued forth while the majority of the crowd continued to fight back.
- >Making it to the wing where the travelers were held, the group stopped while stragglers ran past them into various hallways and paths.
- >Looking through, they determined newer arrivals to the prison were to the left, while older ones were to the right.
- >The boy and Miku split from the group in this moment, stating that their loves had been there for almost a week, and headed down a path to the right.
- >The Dokis made haste down the left pathway, and began the diligent search through cells for their Anons. But there were many cells, and many hallways; a thorough search could take hours, which they didn't have.
- >But then.
- >A voice calling out in the night.
- >"I love Monika!"
- >It caught Monika's attention immediately, and she pulled the other Dokis along with her as she ran towards the source.
- >The repeating cry brought the Dokis to their Anons quickly, and Yuri got to picking the lock.
- >"Oh shit, looks like your droning actually helped us!" Natsuki's Anon patted Monika's on the back.
- >"I knew they were coming, that's why I did that!"
- >"That's bullshit, but given the luck of it I'll believe it."
- >"Wait, how'd you guys get here? Why are you wearing those?" Yuri's Anon asked, gesturing to their heads.
- >"We broke out, and they're disguises! And guess what, dorks; you've all got some too." Natsuki shoved four wigs through the bars. "Put em on, we're leaving."
- >Meanwhile Sayori and her Anon held hands through the bars, and exchanged small talk as if they weren't in the middle of a prison break.
- >Before long, the door was open and the wigs donned. The eight began to move down the hall, when another shout was heard.
- >"Freeze! Hatsune Mikus, remain still and don't try anything!" Ten men appeared at the end of the hall, pepper spray and handcuffs brandished as they slowly approached the group.
- >"Well, at least the disguises work." Sayori said with a small chuckle.
- >"Yeah, but what are we going to do now? Down the hall is a dead end." Monika responded.
- >A final shout, a bestial roar of 'SHIIEEEET.' The hall suddenly flooded with the stench of malt liquor and cheap weed as another man burst into the hallway and began assaulting the guards.
- >If this was a man, anyway. It was more like a brown mass of flesh with rippling muscles, tattooed and wearing chains. On his head, a blue wig, and on his back, the boy from before as well as Miku and another man.
- >The weapons of the prison guards doing nothing to this monster, the boy on his back waved to the group.
- >"Come on, guys! We gotta go!"
- >Wasting no time, the eight joined with the four to make twelve, and they quickly ran down the halls.
- >"Wait, where are we leaving from?" Yuri's Anon spoke up.
- >"Uh, I hadn't thought of that." Monika spoke. "Okay everyone, any ideas?"
- >"Maybe we could-" Miku started, before the roar interrupted her as the boy's mount decided to veer off course.
- >The wall in their way may as well have been made of paper with how easily it went down, and the twelve were suddenly outside of the prison and into the starry night. Judging by the lack of paths and lights, it was determined that this was the rear.
- >And there, in the distance, was a forest. Dense trees, which would make escape easy.
- >An intercom rang out.
- >"All available guards, report to the front of the prison! Breakout in progress, this is not a drill!"
- >Thanking their luck, the group still ran into the line of trees and continued on until day broke.
- >A few months had passed since the escape. Life had mostly returned to normal, with the addition of their loves.
- >They found a large, run-down cabin in that forest, and with the twelve of them working on it, made it a decent home for the six dimensional travelling men.
- >After school, the Dokis, the boy, and Miku would make their way there and spend a decent chunk of the afternoon with their boyfriends.
- >Life was good, and from the sounds of things, the ban would be lifted soon, so it would get even better.
