I hate that my sister ignores my existence and makes my life harder

I said it. I have a girlfriend so I know how to treat women, I'm not one of those pathetic incels. I'm upset that my sister who's some years older than me (I'm 32M) acts as if I don't exist but whenever she sees a way to exclude me or prevent me from doing something to improve myself, she does it. So she knows I exist but refuses to acknowledge it. I'm appalled and concerned about her behavior as she seems to have low self esteem.
