  1. A Lovecraftian inspired Alternate Universe idea I had for the Star vs. the Forces of Evil show and which I wrote a quick short story for to expand the initial idea. Its nothing too fancy, but perhaps I'll get around to writing a proper story for the idea one day.
  2.
  3.
  4. >Marco Diaz felt a little pride in himself as he made his way around the school campus, for he had been called to meet with the very principal of the school.
  5. >Why? He didn't really know, but it must be because he had done something rather bad to warrent a visit to the principal.
  6. >Perfect for Marco, cause this meant that people were finally taking his Bad Boy persona seriously now. Which meant an end to all that Safe Kid junk.
  7. >He continued to walk with a rather smug swagger to his step as he rounded an open hall way plaza corner and caught sight of Skeeves, the principal, at the end of it.
  8. >The short, stout, and balding man caught sight of Marco too and proceeded to wave him over hurriedly.
  9. >"Ah, Marco my boy, come this way please." The Principal seemingly asked, but it came off as more of a command. Marco took it as a sign that Skeeves was upset with him.
  10. >Nice! He really must of did something bad then.
  11. >Marco complied and proceeded to walk over to Skeeves and as he neared, the man spoke again.
  12. >"Marco, I'd like to introduce you to our school's newest student!" Skeeves said excitedly as he motioned behind himself.
  13. >Marco looked to see what was behind the principal and as he did so, he laid his eyes on that which should never be.
  14. >And his fate and very existence was forever sealed...
  15. >What Marco saw was nothing.
  16. >A literally and absolute emptiness that was beyond description. For the nothingness that he saw was devoid of shape, design, or color. It was true and literal nothingness that was beyond the understanding of the young man.
  17. >And this caused Marco to feel an overwhelming and cold dread crawl up his spine like sinister tendrils.
  18. >And then the horror became far worse.
  19. >Before Marco's very eyes, the nothingness somehow warped. A twist that could only be described as reality convulsing upon itself. It was a terrible sight, a gross and malignant event that should never occur.
  20. >And yet it somehow it was happening before Marco's very eyes.
  21. >He wanted to look away, every single part of his being screamed to look away and flee, to follow this old animalistic instinct.
  22. >But Marco couldn't.
  23. >Why? Was it because he was transfixed by the sight before him or was it because he was held in place by some foreign and evil will?
  24. >It mattered not. The boy stayed in place and laid witness to what was happening before him.
  25. >And as he stayed, the screaming began.(edited)
  26. >It was a terrible and horrific sound that was not actually screaming, but instead it was a noise that was made by some inhuman source.
  27. >It could only be called screaming because Marco's sense of hearing was unable to comprehend the noise and so whatever inhuman throat uttered the noise reached Marco's ears with the sound of terrible screams.
  28. >It came from the convulsing nothingness, it had to be. But the screaming was a sound that somehow seemed to come from every angle and direction. Surrounding Marco in a cacophony of shrieks.
  29. >And this event seemed to last an entire life time without ever seemingly stopping. But, somehow, stop it did when something jerked from within the nothingness.
  30. >Something began to take shape from within the nothingness. As impossible as that sounds, that was what was occurring currently.
  31. >And it was monstrous in how this occurred, for it continued to defy any sensibility there was.
  32. >But what was truly and most grotesque was what the jerking then lead to.
  33. >The nothingness, somehow, took shape and form.
  34. >No attempt can be made to describe what next was happening before Marco's eyes. For it went beyond any mortal means to comprehend the actual unreality of the situation.
  35. >Even the barest of details was hopeless to describe, for there exists no means or description within human understanding to even come close.
  36. >But that did not change the fact that what Marco saw was more horrible and terrible then anything that could ever somehow exist.
  37. >And as the nothingness continued to take form, it was clear that the design of its final form and figure was a thing of primeval and primordial design.
  38. >Flesh took form. A sickening sight of pale, liquid, flesh spilled out from the nothingness and splattered into humanoid shape.
  39. >The shape lengthen and widened into fullness as details began to take shape as well.
  40. >The middle of the flesh hardened and grooved until it became bony musculature.
  41. >The lower part appeared to elongate as a pattern of shining crystalline scales like that of a fish and snake appeared.
  42. >The sides split off into four appendages, two arms of pale pinkish skin that burst at the end as clawed hands tore free.
  43. >And two Legs of the same pinkish flesh that became a sickening bruised purple as webbed and clawed feet took shape, with small gelatinous eyes bursting out from the ankles.
  44. >Long lizard like frills of flesh-like muscle and membrane grew from the waist of the shape.
  45. >The most upper part took the form of a head and from the scalp erupted long, loose, and gelatinous yellowish-white, feathered, tentacles that reached down to the legs, with the undersides of the tentacles being colored dark with a cosmic pattern of glowing bioluminescence.
  46. >A face took shape, with a sinister fanged filled maw of small needle like teeth, dwarfed by huge canines, growing from blackened gums.
  47. > A pair of long lizard-like sailfins grew rapidly from the sides of the head as two frog-like eyes bubbled from the face's flesh, both eyes possessing a third silted iris like that of snake.
  48. >Lastly, from the cheeks grew two glowing, heart-shaped and lidless eyes that shone with a nonexistent color.
  49. >With that, the being spilled out of the nothingness, seemingly stepping out as the void disappeared and in its place, an aura of spectral, ghostly hearts and stars fluttered around the shape to trail behind it as it moved.
  50. >This shape, this being, looked that Marco. To the boy who had been witness to this transformation and it waved in friendly greeting as it spoke with a voice of unreality.
  51. >"Hi! I'm Zku'r Bttler-ly."
  52. >Marco couldn't respond, he was simply speechless. But that didn't stop Principal Skeeves from speaking up.
  53. >"Marco, you'll be showing-" Skeeves attempted to speak the name of the being that had just came into existence, and as he did so, blood dripped from the corners of his mouth as his body struggled to utter the sounds needed to pronounce the name, "-Zku'r Bttler-ly around the school campus and I expect you to be kind to our new student young man. But you are the safe kid so there's no worries for that now."
  54. >Skeeves finished speaking, not even noticing the blood that dripped from his mouth as he turned to Zku'r and motioned a strange and esoteric hand signal in farewell. Then walking away and leaving the Marco with the... thing now standing before him.
  55. >Marco turned to face the thing, but tried his best not to look into the alien eyes that now started at him with an intense stare.
  56. >A long silence followed, the thing not breaking its unblinking stare from Marco for a single second.
  57. >Finally, after what seemed like a whole hour, Marco worked up the courage to utter a single phrase.
  58. >"Uh..."
  59. >In reaction to this, from Zku'r's mouth slithered out a serpentine and eel-like, forked, tongue that quickly closed the distance between "it" and Marco, lapping at the air around Marco's face before retracting back into the mouth just as quick.
  60. >Zku'r shuddered in a way that suggested delight as it spoke, " I can taste your very essssence... it isssss sssssweeeeeet..."
  61. >Marco was very, very, quiet after that and stayed very still for another long wait.
  62. >When he spoke again, it was a simple sentence that marked the start of him being tied with the unreality being that was Zku'r Bttler-ly.
  63. >"So... I guess I'll show you... around School now, uh, Zku'r." He said as he spoke the words easily, without blood dripping from his lips...
  64. END
  65.
  66. Hope you were amused by idea.
