Бани на FACEIT

Hello!
I would like to raise a very important topic. Today after another communication with live support, when once again they said “we can’t do anything,” I decided to write to you, hoping you could contact Faceit management.
The topic of my ticket is queue bans due to afk\leaver for ukrainian players. Because of the war that terrorists from russia unleashed, because they daily bomb our cities, our houses, our thermal power plants, our infrastructure - sometimes it happens that we can't play the game. I leave from the middle of the game, but I do this not of my own free will, but because of the blackouts that happen absolutely every day. The problem is that I am a victim in this situation, like all the other Ukrainians. I can’t do anything, I can’t help but leave the games, because it’s not only me who is losing light, entire cities are losing light during shelling, almost the whole country. And the essence of the problem is that the only one who receives punishment is me. I get banned, I lose elo, and every time I contact live support, they answer me that they can’t do anything. My only desire is to play the game, even though we're in such a difficult situation, I still want to be able to evolve and grow as a player on your platform. But I can’t do this, because when they return my electricity, I go to my profile and see a ban that lasts 12 hours, 20 hours, a day, two days, and all that because of the terrorists who shell my home every day.
Please develop a new ban system for Ukrainians, or give live support the opportunity to unban players from Ukraine for this reason. We just want to forget about horrible things going on outside and focus on our favourite game, and Faceit is the only platform that can help with this, but all the paths are being cut off for now.
I really hope that you could consider helping us out in such situations and it would honestly mean the whole world for us, especially for those who are seriously trying to get in esports or have already got there.
Faceit helped w0nderful- to escape war and now this guy is one of the youngest Major winners. Faceit changed his life forever. And we all would be forever grateful if you'd do some temporary changes for other Ukrainians. There are future w0nderfuls and s1mples out here.
