Issues everyone agrees upon:


-Trying to be top 20 us while still giving weaker players raid spots bc of senority.
No one needs to be kicked but maybe benched more.
Players get upset getting sat for players who make frequent mistakes as well as players in raid get mad others are benched.

-Heroic sale runs are really bad. shit alts+dual boxes+etc. We agree sales runs should be taken seriously with mains or main alts.
(Beav note) - I learned a lot of from how olson presents himself in his M+ carries. He has repeat buyers that love him and pay more for how clean and fast his runs are.

-Alt run was prematurely started. Many guilds waited one month+ to allow alts to get prepared.
Many alts are not up to speed/skill and raiders do not enjoy alt raid because of it. Example: Ret's mage.
Some players also don't have finalized alts making this early split run even harder.

Solutions:
1. Waiting to start mythic splits and stressing alts need to be mythic ready by x date.
2. Bringing weak alts into main run up to Aggramar. This would allow minimal efficiency loss while maximizing effective loot


-Selling argus too early. Feels really bad for players who didn't get mounts. Argus was a nightmare we all wanted to end and having to jump immediately into carrying a

buyer killed morale. Especially with xrealm mythic incoming.
We understand needing gbank gold but we were struggling to one night clear. Selling partial run is fine.

-Dual Boxes in heroics. nothing else to be said here, everyone here hates it and tries to avoid the 3hr heroic run. Many people don't even run heroic.
I couldn't get a hold of Eazi for this meeting, but he is someone who mentioned to me he stopped dual boxing in heroics because of how awful it is.

-Disconnect of Leadership. No communication. No one has any idea what Chilli or Kenton do. All big decisions are made by officers without any guild input.

-Recurring issues with officers. We believe officers should set the tone for our raiders and lead by example.
Everyone makes mistakes and learning from logs is fantastic. When sean was playing bad on bear and faide critqued him-he improved greatly.
We don't have an expert TC for every class so some people have to reach out to others to maximize their class. Sean also improved on monk.
When Kenton was critiqued he did not improve and has fallen into a very lazy playstyle.
We believe new trials(and raiders) should see these players in charge of the guild and understand why they are in charge; mechanically and personality wise.
Kenton does a great job being vocal during fights and outside of fights(im pretty there isn't one person who dislikes kentons awful butchery of memes)
The issue is he is very lax on maximizing and youll see him make basic errors and die since he assumes he is safe playing a safe build.
Every one of us here push ourselves every week and every fight and would like to see officers exemplify this.

(side note)
None of us think these players are irredeemable and we do not want that to be implied. No one is ushering for gkicks of any regard. We simply want our officers to lead

by example.

-Rescheduling raids for one player was a huge annoyance and was completely out of nowhere.
We have many players who can tank/perform multiple roles; why reschedule for one player?
Many players upset and felt like it was a slap in the face making us raid on a sunday.

-Sean roleswapped to tank under the assumption it would easier to lead as tank.
Why swap off after he gets tanking down well? Especially back to healer where he really struggled to lead and heal.
(Beav healer note) - I have personally enjoyed seans monk and think it's our best tank other than maybe poogy dh.
Tanking is a crucial role and I would prefer to not have him switch. I like kenton and sean tank.
If kenton takes this critism well we will be fantastic in bfa.



Issues acknowledged but not agreed upon:


-Loot council/loot distribution. Issues with loot has been brought up different times and different solutions have been made.
We can't come to an agreement but maybe just letting officers know multiple complaints occured will help seriousness of loot.

Note- Most players(like me) mention these issues after raid venting or expressing frustration;
but never want to go to officers as to not cause a scene/deal with serious issues/be labled as problems. Most players assume it's just anger in the heat of the moment.
I decided to group everyone together and try to get a solid opinion from everyone instead of just ranting after raid. I figured it would help if everyone is actually

annoyed and on the same page.

(beav note 3/19 after sean no response) - I go over logs every single raid night and as I talk about things with specific players they have asked to go over logs

together and our small group has grown into a big group of raiders who want to improve on the current raid. We go over logs sometimes for hours after raid. This is

always growing and im really happy so many people want to consistantly improve. I always welcome more people.
Blugatti has been the biggest improvement over the past few weeks nearing back to his godgatti status this past week and im extremely happy/proud these reviews help us.

He constantly asks me how much he's improved and if he's the best mage now etc. This is one of the biggest enjoyments I get out of raiding and partially why I play wow.
When we go over these logs some people express concerns and problems and thus where this meeting was created. I decided to bring everyone together to see what we agreed

on/disagreed on etc. This was NOT done to make any crazy guild changes, but rather small improvements to our guild.

(beav note 3/22) Bringing everyone together to talk about our problems helped solidify our ideas and issues and made us a more cohesive, constructive group.
I figured this would help our guild and alleviate some stress people express to me while going over logs with them.
I want to stress that this is not done to undermine or hurt the guild but rather the complete opposite.
I fully believe addressing these will help morale in the guild and make everyone more enthusiastic about raid.
At the end of the day I just want to play wow with the boys and get better everyday. I'm getting tired of drama and being labeled the villian when people take things

out of context.

Last note addressing the sean comment "he never once messaged me"
