## _Empathy Reflect_
Empathy plays a large role in my life as in many other people, it's a way of conecting with those people one socializes
with. It helps me better understand  those that I interact with and connect with them. This ability to empathize while
builing software helps in many ways because it gives you a better understading of all the people involved with the
software, from other developers to the consumer. It is important to working in a team as it makes you step back and
look at things from a different perspective and see things that you would've missed otherwise. While in the military,
my friend there was worried he wouldn't pass the next Physical Fitnnes test as he wasn't in good shape, I decided that
I was gonna help him beacuse I empathized. Failure is not taken lightly and I wouldn't let him fail, I would take him
to the gym on regular basis to get him up to speed. He passed, and I know he would've done all that by himself but just
having someone that understands and motivates you makes it much easier, and having a gym partner is always better anyways.
I think certain jobs don't allow for much empathy, there's those jobs where it's a very fast paced environments where I
would see it would be more difficult to empathize. Taking every opportunity you get to talk and listen to those around
you is a solution to an environment like that.
