  1. Adam, Blake and Ilia joined The White Fang together. Let Blake and Ilia be childhood friends, then they meet Adam. Blake suggests they join the White Fang and they all agree to go together. Fast forward, we get Sienna leading them as a team. They break off into two teams, Adam with Blake and Sienna with Ilia. Go through the entire train sequence from the Black Trailer, but have the final scene be Adam, Sienna and Ilia watching as Blake rides off on the rest of the train and leaves them behind.
  2.
  3. Season 3, assault on Beacon. Adam is there and he confronts Blake -- not for leaving HIM but for abandoning their team. He isn't interested in killing her, but he's angry Blake would apparently choose humans over faunus.
  4.
  5. >Yang shows up and attacks
  6. >Adam still cuts her arm off
  7. >Scene plays out the same with Blake running off
  8. >Change Adam's motivation from wanting to kill Yang because he's a jilted lover, but rather because she's a human Blake chose over her own people
  9. >Let Adam remain somewhat unhinged and sadistic, no reason to change that, but don't make him some guy whose sole motivation is getting back at a girl that rejected him
  10.
  11. Anyway, have Blake run off to Menagarie, ditching Team RWBY, but draw a parallel reminiscent of her running away from Adam/Ilia/Sienna.
  12.
  13. Let Season 4 play out roughly the same, but parallel interactions between Blake and Sun with Adam and Sienna (it doesn't have to necessarily be romantic; it could easily be a friendship or mentor/tutor relationship).
  14.
  15. Have Sienna send the White Fang after Ghira/Belladonnas and not Adam, and have her do it because they're a 'family of traitors' or something like that. Let the whole Menagerie business play out and focus on the whole Belladonnas wanting to take a peaceful approach towards Faunus rights or whatever.
  16.
  17. Still have Ilia leave the White Fang, maybe have things resolved a little quicker. But now have scenes (or have the balls to dedicate an entire episode) of Adam and Sienna addressing the apparent injustice Faunus face. Show Faunus being legitimately mistreated and give some legitimacy to the White Fang's existence. Throughout the scenes (or episode), have Adam constantly ALMOST kill people but Sienna always stops him from going that far.
  18.
  19. Have the White Fang go to do whatever it is they were there for in Season 5 (I legit can't remember), but this time don't have Adam confront Blake directly. Just have a scene of Adam and Sienna staring down Blake and Ilia in very much a 'we've both made our choices'.
  20.
  21. Season 6, have Ilia stick around but she gets left on the train with JNPR. Maybe even make hints that Ilia may join their team as a new 4th member. Give Blake a scene where she speaks to Ilia and swears she's never going to run away from or abandon her team ever again.
  22.
  23. Have the White Fang have their own reasons to go and try and take down Argus' communications (maybe desperation has them working with Salem, but not directly to Sienna's knowledge). Wanting to get in and get out with not a lot of fuss (as to avoid alerting the base), Adam and Sienna go themselves without back-up because they should be able to handle it.
  24.
  25. >Adam runs into Blake and they fight over towards the waterfall.
  26. >Yang shows up a bit earlier, sees Adam and gets triggered
  27. >Adam legitimately doesn't remember her and states as much, which angers Yang
  28. >"All you humans look the same to me."
  29. >2v1
  30. >Sienna shows up and it becomes a 2v2
  31.
  32. When it seems like Adam and Sienna are going to win, Ilia shows up and joins in. Adam and Sienna are both pretty triggered by her being such a traitor. The fight resumes. Auras are being broken/depleted.
  33.
  34. Wilt gets knocked away from Adam and he goes for it, while Blake and Yang go for the double stab.
  35.
  36. >Sienna pushes Adam
  37. >She gets stabbed by them instead
  38. >Blake, Ilia and Yang are shook/horrified
  39. >Adam freaks out
  40.
  41. Have Adam intentionally kill Ilia but feel pretty remorseful about it because, once upon a time, she WAS his friend but Blake got her to betray the White Fang.
  42.
  43. >It's Blake's fault
  44. >She ruined everything
  45. >Adam is staring Blake down
  46. >he takes his mask off
  47. >Adam is holding Sienna while Blake and Yang are with Ilia
  48. >insert the line about humans leaving scars but Blake left him alone
  49. >Blake abandoned them, she got Ilia to betray the White Fang and she and Yang killed Sienna
  50. >Have him say his line from Season 3, swearing to kill everyone Blake loves/cares about
  51. >Have him promise Yang that he won't forget her again and he'll take more than an arm next time
  52.
  53. Adam leaves with Sienna who's 100% dead. Have everything else play out however it'll play out. But include a moment where Blake considers running away again, but she pauses and says some line to herself akin to "no matter what, i swear i'm going to keep my promise". and with Sienna dead, Adam becomes the new leader of the White Fang.
  54.
  55. While it's not exactly unique, I feel giving Adam a legitimate reason to absolutely hate Blake and want her dead while also letting us see how/why it got to that point is far more interesting. And with Sienna dead, there's no one to keep Adam from going off the deep end, so he starts to kill people without a second thought or even an ounce of hesitation. And it could give a proper build up to a final, conclusive showdown between Adam and Blake. To pile on the edge, could even have Adam kill Blake's parents to really push the "This only ends when one of us is dead."
