Sylina tries, but fails, to recoup on some hours of sleep after Aiteu goes on her shopping trip, giving up after about half an hour of trying, distracted by the journal and visions Aiteu left behind

She puts on her nightgown and goes on a tour of the ship to clear her mind

Aiteu being quite quicker than normal breezes through the shops and purchases with haste, humming to herself as returns to the port.

The ship is huge, much bigger than the airship was. It looks like it could easily accomodate plenty of people in luxury. Almost half of an entire floor is dedicated to a massive lounge room, adorned with plush red velvet chairs, matching-colored carpeting, flatscreen TVs, tables for dining, card games, billiards, and more, complete with a fully stocked bar and buffet, with a kitchen and storage area behind them

The top deck has a giant pool, with an mechanized roof that can be put up during inclement weather. There's a large hot tub set into a sort of half-basement on the deck as well, with a similar roof. A sunbathing mini-deck overhangs the main deck. On the floor underneath the lounge, there's a fully operational gym, with a sparring arena that has swap-out floor and wall tiles for different terrain challenges.

You can easily walk between floors with open-air staircases, or take an elevator
Aiteu: (( The ship is a lot more fuckin massive than I thought ))

There's a smaller indoor pool and jacuzzi in a room offset the Gym, as well

Even the engine room looks state of the art; no run-down damp boiler room here, it's all stainless steel

She shakes her head. "I can't even imagine how much this all must have cost... I feel like we're going to spend most of our time off just maintaining it."

I mean yeah that's the other unspoken point of wandering, just the chance of running into someone

She's shopping more or less, I'm just spending a bit of time looking over books then I'll have her come aboard.

Sylina:
"No, I suppose not. I must say, it's a bit overwhelming - for all the glamour outside, it really doesn't do the interior justice. I was just wondering to myself how we're going to keep everything in good condition."

"I certainly don't see Hohari willing to swab the decks."

Sylina:
"Those two did make their way to the ship, I hope?"

Aiteu:
Aiteu steps out of the Nimaen bookstore and thanks the clerk, "This should be all of it I think!", with hands full of bags the reporter makes her way back to the port.

Captain Jack:
"'believe so, my lady. The one with the ears? Uh, well, there were a couple with those..."

Captain Jack:
"You have quite a few guests already."
Aiteu: (( I dunno what a world atlas costs, but I bought a big ole book for it. ))

Captain Jack:
"But this ship is more than large enough to accomodate them!"

Sylina:
"D-do we?"

Captain Jack:
"Yes, nothing tremendously large, of course, but a few more than I had expected. That blue-haired boy has been here all day. The green-haired girl got back a few hours ago, I think. The rest of them arrived only a few minutes after her."

Captain Jack:
"I don't believe I had ever met most of them."

Captain Jack:
"Oh, and Nora is accompanying me for a time, I believe she's at the bar."

Aiteu:
Aiteu spots the ship with ease as it's not terribly difficult to notice the huge ship parked toward the end. She makes her way inside, surprised how much easy access there is to board.

"But, ah, as for newcomers - there IS one new face you may see around the ship, if you haven't already."

Captain Jack:
"I doubt anyone would mind your appearance. We can't always wear our armor."

"Aiteu requested my assistance in removing her mask last night."

"...the difference is striking, and I don't quite understand it..."

Captain Jack:
"Oh, so that was a mask! I hope you'll forgive me for how much that pleases me. I admit, I was more than a little worried what that might do to our reputation..."

Aiteu:
"Ah, geez this ship is much to large for one to navigate alone... Maybe I'll design a map later..." Aiteu turns the corner and spots Sylina and the Captain of Jacks, and silently approaches.

Sylina:
"No, I completely understand."

Captain Jack:
It seems most people are in their rooms, other than Jack and, apparently, Nora

"Hello, Aiteu. It's nice to see you." (This may be the first time in a long while someone has not had to lie to say that.)

Sylina:
"Ah!" Sylina jolts from the sudden cinnasmack. "Rrgh, Aiteu, what are you doing sneaking around like that? And... " *sniff* "...Cinnamon. I see. Thank you, but could you not find any candles?"

Aiteu:
"But I always do that!" She leaves the stick of smells into Sylina's hand, "That's the closest I could find, but I did find some of these lavender ones as requested. She sets down her six bags and eventually pulls out some candles.

Sylina:
"Ooh, perfect! I'll set a few up. Thank you."

Captain Jack:
"Well, I'll leave you to yourselves. I must survey the cockpit. In truth, I shouldn't be fooling around like this... The captain's cabin, of course, is yours, lady Sylina."

Captain Jack:
"Though feel free to show it to whomever you like."

Aiteu:
Aiteu rearms herself with the bags, "I too, feel like I should familiarize myself with the ship. A map may be needed!"

Sylina:
"Oh, well thank you, Captain. Captain Jack? Captain? Jack?" Sylina pries for the title he's comfortable with

"The Captain Captain Jack!"

Captain Jack:
"You are the true captain here, lady Sylina, so call me Jack. I only man the ship."

Sylina:
"Jack it is. Though I do appreciate your help with running it - I'd like to learn all I can to keep things going smoothly, when we have time."

Aiteu:
"I'll gladly request your assistance with learning how to operate a ship of this caliber, perhaps after I've finished discussing with Lady Sylina about our future plans..."

Sylina:
"Oh, take your time with looking around the ship, Aiteu, there's plenty to see."

"Apparently we have guests, though, and I'd rather not keep them waiting..."

"Oh is that so? How rude of me! Let us go greet them!" She gestures Sylina to lead the way, with bags still in hand.

As for the room Sylina knocked on, the chatter of voices inside the room cuts off abruptly when she knocks, and after a short pause an unfamiliar, scruffy female voice says "Imma get it!"

Aiteu:
Still staring blankly into the room, "Oh! Don't mind me, I'm writing down everyone's room in my ship map! This room belongs to Sir Arawn, I can't seem to make out much but I think he's changing in the dark which is strange!"

Sylina:
"I-if he's changing, stop watching! Get away from there before he notices!"

Sylina:
"Just how many people are in here?"

Aiteu:
Aiteu's eyes flash a bit of pink and steps away from the door and waddles on over beside Sylina, ("Excuse me, Sir Arawn, why is it that you change in the dark? It seems rather odd to me, and I thought I'd forward my question!")

The door opens, and a teenaged girl looks down at Sylina, "Ooh, some naughty stuff you're up to, huh? I bet ya could peek under the door!"

"Well, anywhere but here! We had to fire him so he could help you guys out. You know, Blackguard non-intervention and all that. Guess we shoulda held off on that a second, but it really lookedl ike you were about to bite the dust there."

"Although I've not been properly introduced to Sir Zeke, I'm yet again at a loss for one here with you all, with the exception of Sir Theron."

"And why would you care? We were enemies. I'm not completely convinced we still aren't."

Aiteu:
Aiteu tries to turn her head to face Sylina, but has to edge forward to actually see her from behind the door.

"Ah, my bad. Call me Harriet. Sorta forgot not everyone's got the privilege of listening in on conversations."

"Regardless, I'm considering having us take that mission Aiteu relayed to me, if only to get that... whatever it is out of Hohari's system."

Theron:
"Good girl. I knew I could count on you."

Sylina:
"Considering. I need details."

Aiteu:
Aiteu writes down the names as they come up and attempts to sketch out a mug shot as well. (I don't know what I should roll to qualityify the result)

"I have some spares just in case!" The blue haired girl holds her hands up in surrender, but all she has in her hand is the cinnamon. "Ah! "

Aiteu holds up her hand to decline the broken piece, "I've grought prenty mur." As she reveals the cinnamon in mouth, a la wheat strand style.

"Enjoying being able to taste again, I see." Sylina retracts her offering

"Let us proceed with the supposed task!"

Sylina:
"What are we supposed to be stealing? From whom? Why? Is this a covert operation? I'd rather not end up on that side of the law. Your team is clearly alright with thievery, why don't you do it yourself?"

Theron:
"I don't want to get caught, is all. As a whole, we're not so good at the whole 'stealth' thing. Alte and Rhette can't go it alone."

Theron:
"Also, I'm a member of the Blackguard. I can't go around breaking into major corporations all willy-nilly."

Theron:
"As for what you'll be stealing, it's a hard drive. They don't keep that system connected to the internet, so I can't just hack into it."

"It's hardly a specialty of ours, either. ...Hakashi would probably be extremely well-suited for the job, but he's not really mine to command. I don't doubt he'd be willing though."
