That said, these are likely Automata more than anything else, so let's see the key traits of them.

Tiny: They're about the size of your forearm, so 4 purchases of miniaturization.

Magical Material: Dedicated Construction, actually, Complete Magical Construction, didn't define that for automota yet. So that's 4 pt.

Swordiness: They have a deployable sword equivalent of a daiklave, so that's an Art 2 and 4 AP... but they can "transform" between three states so...

4 pts for trasforming, 1 pt for alternate form, 2 point for fast transform. This designates the 4 AP for the sword as transformable stuff, and probably the Dedicated Construction as well to be honest since they don't benefit from the traits elsewhere. Then you have the "dormancy" state, which costs 1 AP, but also the extreme defenses which would probably be "Treat this as an object of the Magical Materials"... hrm... let's eyeball that at 4 AP... so for 7 AP for the transformation stuff, it saves 13/2 rounded down or 6 AP. Eh, workable. So total of 14 here.

Hrm... the attunement is a really weird one that I can't really quantify in my system unfortunately :( However, while rewriting the sword's personality is sad, it has little mechanical meaning aside from changing their Virtues and really, the weird attunement is more an advantage than a disadvantage, so I'd call it 2 AP.

So, so far we're looking at 4 + 14 + 2 AP so far, which comes out to 20 AP or Art 4 with some leftover, just barely above Art 3...

Key point: Can they learn/change/grow mentally? And, what can they do with their mental/physical traits other than be cute and offer advice/training? If the former is true, they're probs Art 4's through my system, but if not, they can be squeezed into Art 3's.
