- Now the fingers, ball the hand into a fist. Tense the arms and shoulders, the chest. Breathing in...then let it all go as you blow a steady breath out.
- Lastly the neck, the jaw, the muscles of the face. Breathing in with a steady inhale. Exhale pushing the last of the tension out the top of your head. Ease your jaw, relax your tongue in your mouth, soften your mouth.
