  1. Rules:
  2. The voting period for a decision will be 10 minutes, any votes cast after that will not be counted toward the final vote. In the event of a landslide or under circumstances in which there is suspected samefagging over a decision people are decidedly passionate about I reserve the right to shorten this voting period to 5 minutes.
  3.
  4. Non-combat events such as perception, convincing people to share well guarded information, ect. will be resolved by a 1d100 roll, the highest result of the first four rolls will be the roll that determines success. DCs for 1d100 rolls will not be posted, as there may be several DCs which will determine the degrees of success or failure that a roll merits.
  5.
  6. Combat rolls will be determined by a 3d10 and will be determined by the best of the first three rolls. Each roll will be considered a 'bracket' and within each bracket the number of dice that pass the DC will determine the degrees of success or failure. No dice hitting or passing the DC is a Critical Failure, 1 die passing is a Failure, 2 is a Success and all 3 is a Critical Success.
  7. Ex.
  8. DC - 7
  9. [1, 6, 3] - Critical Failure
  10. [9, 5, 2] - Failure
  11. [1, 10, 8] - Success
  12. [7, 9, 9] - Critical Success
  13.
  14. Note: Critical Success does not mean 'one hit kill' or that your opponent is crippled and no longer able to fight. In the event that you are challenging a character who is severely more powerful than you this will likely result in a deep or otherwise serious wound or you overpowering your opponent and them being wounded as a result.
  15.
  16. When a write in that is sufficiently popular is presented, an existing option is chosen but edited, or the votes are too sporatic and varied a second vote will be put forward in which two definite options are available.
  17.
  18. In the event of a tie a revote will be called with a 5 minute timer. In the unlikely but possible event that there is yet another tie a third vote will be called, with the result that reaches 5 votes first being chosen as the winning vote.
  19.
  20. These rules are subject to change in the event that they are detemined to be unfair, unfit for use, or a superior rule/system is presented and chosen.
