- The Timesplinter Cloak, forged from crystallised shards of time itself. An ancient chronomantic artefact that allowed the wearer to see the matrix of the future. Just the thing one needed to shape their destiny – or negate a particularly troublesome time-sorcerer.
- ‘I’m sure Transmogrifier Hurakh would not mind my borrowing it for a spell,’ said Trazyn. ‘He is, after all, not scheduled to wake for another ten thousand years.’
- But just in case, Trazyn activated the security-bypass talisman Sannet had provided.
- When I’m done, he promised himself, I’ll simply put it back. Hurakh won’t even notice it was gone…
- Trazyn left in a hurry. The security alarms were rather loud.
