- Name: Rainy springs
- Gender: Mare
- Race: Goo Pony
- Special: Goo: passive; Being made of goo and slime has a load of benefits. You're able to fit through small areas, you can squeeze through cracks, and you can store things inside yourself. You can choose to form yourself as a pony, stay in a more blobby shape, or swap between them at will. In combat you have DC-1 to free yourself from grapples and other physical binding and restricting effects.
- Special: Aqueous: passive; Goo ponies may not need to eat, but they do need to keep themselves hydrated! You can no longer be affected by healing spells or skills, but your body is especially permeable compared to other goo ponies, so much so that mere contact with water heals you. You can use carried water to work as a substitute for your inability to be healed. The amount of health restored relates to an appropriate roll. Large bodies of water such as rivers, lakes and oceans will heal you to full automatically. Just don’t go for a swim or you’ll dissolve.
- Class: Thaumaturge (Mage/Cleric)
- Special: Master Caster: passive; +1 to all spellcasting
- Skills:
- (1) Heal: recharge 1, spell, ranged; Restores target’s hits to full and restores one wound, or removes all status effects. Crit restores 2 wounds, crit fail deals a wound of damage to the target.
- (1) Elementalist: passive; When you choose this skill, select an elemental type (fire, ice, lightning, etc); the elements you select can be applied to all other spells you know, adding their effect to the spell. This skill can be taken multiple times to gain or create additional elements.
- Element (Water): Water's duality of flow and surge weaves itself into your spells, empowering their effects. Healing spells regenerate hits equal to roll-5 next turn. Water spells can be used to draw moisture from the air, as well as soak objects and terrain in the area.
- (1) Mend: spell; A target regenerates grievous injuries such as lost extremities, damaged vital organs and internal bleeding. In combat, it can also be used to remove all afflictions on a target.
- Special Talent: being mostly liquid, goo ponies have a habit of picking up and dissolving loose particles and dirt. with some care, Rainy can strip clothing of debris, acting as a sort of washing board. Outside of combat, roll for cleaning. successful rolls leave clothes damp yet clean. Critical failure results in clothing covered in excess slime, indigestion from the attempt.
- Trained Talent: Rainy's recover magic is tied to her aqueous form, recovering and shielding her patient from magical feedback. If the healing was successful, recover roll-5 hits. critical fails on healing spells affect the caster instead
- Hits/Wounds: 5/5
- Weapon and/or Catalyst:
- water ball [ranged]: with some aiming, Rainy can use some of her mass to launch a high-speed ball of water at her target, the liquid rapidly flowing back to her, barring terrain absorption.
- Aqueous goo [Catalyst]: by temporarily splitting off some of her mass, Rainy can charge the goo as a makeshift catalyst, recovering the liquid later, provided it hasn't dried/absorbed into the terrain.
- Ceremonial Raincoat: a set of robes and hood, made of a waterproof material
- Water skins X2: airtight, waterproof skins, used to safely carry liquids.
- Glass bottles X6: Corked bottles, used to collect residual healing energy, currently empty
- Bits (20): location: free-floating in her torso.
- Character Traits:
- A cheerful pony, Rainy travels around equestria treating ailments as best she can, a member of an enthusiastic group of healers and alchemists working out of canterlot. While her focus is on recovery magic, in a pinch Rainy will do her best to defend her friends.
