- Description: Gray, an Army cook stationed at Fort Bragg,NC, kidnapped Kimberly, a married mother of 3 who was working as a taxi driver, before r*ping and sodomizing her. He then beat and stabbed her to death, leaving her cab abandoned along the road, and dumping her nude body nearby in the woods. Gray also r*ped 4 other women (Private Laura Lee Vickery-Clay, Private Mary Ann Lang Nameth, Campbell University student Linda Jean Coats, and a soldier’s wife; Tammy Cofer Wilson). He killed Laura, Linda, and Tammy, and attempted to kill Mary, who survived with a lacerated trachea and a collapsed lung.
