Recipe: Tom

Tom
Milk mixture
5 egg yolks
Sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
Pint of heavy cream
1 cup Ganache (milk and chocolate melted together in microwave) (should have the thickness of chocolate syrup, or slightly thicker
Vanilla paste/extract
Optional: everclear or vodka (to your taste)

Egg foam
5 Egg whites
Sugar

1:Mix eggs yolks with sugar
2:add in heavy cream and mix
3:Add in ganache and vanilla (and alcohol if desired) and mix

4: Whip egg whites till stiff foam (best done with stand mixer
5: slowly add sugar to egg whites while whipping (should look shiny)
6: add milk mixture and whip together
7: Chill till ready to drink
(you may need a wide straw

Tom is a thick drink, like a milkshake that never melts
it is sweet, but not clawing
Be careful if adding alcohol, because you will not taste it over the chocolate and vanilla
