Technically yes, though for the most part they are more like a recording of the person they once were and don't really seem to have much in the way of free will. Exceptions exist, particularly powerful souls and personalities will let a petitioner retain more of their previous life and self determination (though not enough to change alignment). Incidentally, these ones also act as the best raw materials, whether it be clothes, weapons, new angels, or other things.

Initially no, but as time goes on the close proximity to the angel will cause the soulstuff that makes up the clothes to be absorbed into said angel until the clothes and the soul(s) that make them up are completely dissolved and are incorporated into the soulstuff that makes up the angel permanently

Not him but there are three main concepts I like for this

There has not been a single mention of anyone trying to hook up a game on those thread since their beginning, I'll admit to following them while they were here and not a single game hook up happened in those threads (did make a good source of softcore porn though), just people advertising their F-list profiles looking for someone to cyber with.

Honestly it still mystifies me that it took so long for the mods to get rid of them, nothing about them were related to traditional games, the smut threads can at least say they're meta/tg/ related and sometimes have world building but the ERP threads didn't even have the meta.

Hell, that was specifically why they got banished, nothing related to any sort of role playing game was happening in those threads

But you know what, if you want to make that claim, find me in the archive one instance of them trying to hook up a game in that thread or one happening right now on /soc/ and I'll admit it has no place here
