Restrictions:
No Pendulum, No Links
Bamboo Sword and variations are banned
XYZ and Synchro are fine but everyone has to know how they work

Decks:
Your structure and optional deck must carry a different archetype and different type (Ex both can't be Machine decks)

1 Structure Deck (this is mandatory)
-You don't have to literally buy a structure deck, you can make one as long as it's an exact copy of another using singles (to save money)
1 Optional Duel Links rules deck (30 card limit, 5 card extra deck limit, can't go over $100)
