Charge of bias in TPP's mod team

As per my referral to you from Reddit by chfoo, I am here to report corruption within the mod team on Twitch Plays Pokemon, specifically regarding the user DomDude64, who has to date been permabanned twice fromm the stream but somehow been allowed back in and shown only worsening behavior, about which the mods do nothing.
