1. I will not go first unless I do.
2. Do all my services on a VPN.
3. By not requesting to see my TOS you automatically agree to them.
4. If by any chance you have a new worker that doesn't use a VPN which you know of you take full responsibility for any bans. Especially when you request your worker to start using a VPN because you know it's a risk if you don't. If you do get your customers account banned and the customer is willing to settle the matter then you probably should. What you shouldn't do is argue about a TOS that wasn't agreed upon. Because this does not only make you look stupid, it will also scare away potential customers.
