  1. >To say that Lincoln Loud was nervous would be an understatement.
  2. >Teeth chattering, knees shaking, hands clammy, and perspiration pirouetting off him like a waterfall the boy was a wreck.
  3. >But what could do this to a boy you ask, what could so thoroughly shake up a young lad's conviction to such extremes?
  4. >A cute girl that's what.
  5. >Specifically speaking a cute mocha frappe lass whose . . . assets left the young boy speechless.
  6. >Not that he was ogling of course.
  7. >It had taken the better part of a month to work up the courage to even be in her general presence, truth be told he wasn't even the one to ask her out.
  8. >It was like a scene out of some poorly written, contrived fan fiction, during lunch Lincoln had been sitting with his friends when the shadow of a buxom lass enveloped his being.
  9. >The telltale signs of close proximity to a cute girl were his only warning, well that and his friends taking off for the hills.
  10. >Cowards.
  11. >Left to the sweet, tender mercies of the opposite sex Lincoln swallowed the lump of lead in his throat . . .
  12. >And promptly choked on it when he turned around and beheld the object of his desires leaning her face down to his.
  13. >The little girl had a cheeky grin and her eyes sparkled with silent laughter when she saw the nerd in front of her let out a distinctly unmanly gasp, which he immediately tried to rectify with a cough.
  14. >What the hell was that Lincoln, pull yourself together boy, he thought to himself.
  15. "H-hey Br-Br-Br-brownie."
  16. >When she giggled at him he felt he could just die, just sink into the floor and disappear, stick a knife in him 'cause he was done.
  17. >Then she leaned a little closer to him and whispered into his ear.
  18. "I couldn't help but notice you've been staring at me."
  19. >The cafeteria was noisy as all hell but Lincoln swore it could've been as silent as the moon.
  20. >He gulped and nodded, praying to whatever god was listening that she wouldn't scream pervert or hit him.
  21. >Luckily Brahma was listening and did the boy a solid.
  22. >Brownie smiled and leaned so close her lips brushed against Lincoln's.
  23. "I've been watching you too."
  24. >What followed could only really be described as a short-lived panic attack as all of Lincoln's systems short circuited and came back online in the span of three seconds.
  25. "O-oh?"
  26. >Brownie grinned and nodded
  27. "I like you, I think you're cute."
  28. >Well if that don't just melt your heart then you ain't human, at any rate to a little ball of hormones like Lincoln it was music to his ears.
  29. >Never before had a girl really called him cute before, it made his little heart a-flutter and sent a blush crawling across his face.
  30. >Brownie noticed the boy in front of her was on his last legs and decided to seal the deal, placing one hand on the table behind him and casually leaning beside him.
  31. "So I was wondering, if you don't have any plans of course, if you'd like to go see that new Ace Savvy movie with me."
  32. >Lincoln's breathing quickened though he had the sneaking suspicion it was due more to the girls actions that the movie.
  33. >A girl was asking him out! On a date! To a movie! And she wasn't even made up!
  34. >Lincoln nodded so fast his neck hurt and said that he would love to go with her.
  35. >Brownie genuinely smiled at the boy's enthusiasm, Lincoln may have been the school nerd but no girl denied he was cute, just socially inept.
  36. >Brownie however thought it was absolutely precious and after having noticed Lincoln putting his eyes all over her when he thought she wasn't looking decided to take the plunge.
  37. >Her cocky little attitude was merely a cover for the flurry of emotions within her own mind as well.
  38. >Her own insecurities were dashed though when he said yes and she was so happy she could just kiss him right then and there.
  39. >But, judging by how much he was trembling at the moment she correctly judged that such a course of action would result in immediate cardiac arrest, better lay off for the moment.
  40. >Brownie gave what she hoped was a cool grin and winked at Lincoln.
  41. "Cool, so I'll see you tonight then, I'll be by around 6:30 okay?"
  42. >Lincoln nodded again and mumbled out what could've been a sure but Brownie wasn't fluent in gibberish.
  43. >Before she could stop herself her eyes glazed over a tad and she licked her lips, this boy was just too cute for his own good, maybe just one quick kiss. . .
  44. >"No Brownie," she mentally hissed to herself, "save it for tonight."
  45. >And so without another word and little wave over her shoulder (not too mention a none too subtle wave of her hips) Brownie left her newfound beau and rejoined her friends at their table.
  46. >Where judging by their wide smiles they had watched the whole spectacle and were ready for some gossip.
  47. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  48. >Lincoln's poor little mind and heart were a flummox all the day through, his schooling thoroughly forgotten as such things were unnecessary to the love-struck young boy.
  49. >No, the only thoughts he could focus on where of his new...girlfriend?
  50. >Well, not yet, potentially though and that was all he needed.
  51. >Of course he had a few choice words for his so called bros, so quick to leave a brother forgotten in the field of battle, but news of his date quashed such negative emotions as his friends didn't even have the nerve to tease him following their most recent spectacle.
  52. >No, it wasn't until Lincoln crossed the border of his sidewalk and put his hands on the door did it occur to him that he had forgotten the most important thing.
  53. >His goddamn sisters.
  54. >Now Lincoln loved those girls with all his heart, but they could be a right gaggle of bitches should the opportunity arise, and though he was sure they would be thrilled at the news he knew from experience their joy was as much to be feared as their ire.
  55. >He briefly contemplated not telling them, but soon realized that would not be an option, had to tell mom and dad where he was going after all.
  56. >Lincoln swallowed his pride and crossed the threshold, ignoring the rampant chaos that was his house and making a beeline for his parents room.
  57. >Lincoln knocked three times and all noise in the house stopped.
  58. >He spared a quick glance behind him and saw all of his sisters staring at him in shock, their various toys and activities strewn about forgotten as they stared at their poor brother.
  59. >Did he not know there were better ways to commit suicide?
  60. >The door opened and the Loud family brood lords looked down to see the only male of their offspring in front of them, pointedly avoiding eye contact and rubbing his arm.
  61. >The parents shot a quick glance of concern at one another before Lynn Sr. kneeled down in front of his son.
  62. "Something the matter sport?"
  63. >Lincoln sighed and looked up at his father, bracing himself for what was to come.
  64. I have a date tonight, she said she'd be here at 6:30, we were thinking about going to see a movie. Would that be okay?
  65. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  66. >Quiet and the Loud Household did not mix but Lincoln was sure it was so quiet he could hear the blood pumping in his veins.
  67. >Lynn Sr. was caught off-guard for a moment, but soon a great big smile broke across his face.
  68. "Well sure son! That sounds just fine to -
  69. >This brief moment of paternal bonding and understanding was immediately shattered by what could only be classified as a shriek to put the XF-84H to shame.
  70. >Windows broke, dogs howled, banshees gnashed their teeth, babies cried, balloons popped, and birds and small aircraft came plummeting out of the sky.
  71. >Left stunned by the attack Lynn could only let a single tear slip from his eyes as he watched the swirling maelstrom that was once his daughters descend upon his son and drag him off.
  72. >Upon regaining some sense of hearing Lincoln was thus accosted by the tumultuous caterwaul that was his sisters, each of them shouting, screaming, and interjecting over one another.
  73. >Their line of questioning was no doubt concerned their brothers hitherto unassuming love life, but so raucous was their interviewing he couldn't even hear their questions, much less get a word in edge-wise.
  74. "QUIET!"
  75. >And lo, the Loud House quailed under the might of its matriarch.
  76. >Rita Loud marched up to her brood and snatched her only son from the claws of fate.
  77. >She held out her only son, her only precious boy, in front of her face and looked deep into his eyes.
  78. "I want to know everything! What's her name, what does she look like, how'd you meet, what are you seeing, what's her favorite color..."
  79. >Lincoln sagged in his mother's grasp as his sisters once again clamored around him, shouting their own questions up to him.
  80. >Meanwhile Lynn Sr. was seizing up on the ground.
  81. >"What's she like?"
  82. >"Who is she?"
  83. >"Do I know her?"
  84. >These and many more questions the sisters (and Rita) all asked Lincoln concerning his date, and he answered to the best of his abilities.
  85. >As for the question of why she was named after a confectionery...Lincoln hadn't the foggiest notion.
  86. >Anyhow the girls gushed over Lincoln's every word as he relayed his story, that she took the initiative and asked him out seemed especially pleasing to his mother for some reason.
  87. "It's good when a girl takes charge," she said, "It means she isn't wasting time and knows what she wants."
  88. >This was punctuated with a sly wink and the gaggle of girls giggled at their brother's blush.
  89. "Well, I know you girls will want to meet her, she'll be here in like two hours so...
  90. >Leni squeed and yanked Lincoln closer to her.
  91. "OmigoshLincoln! You need to get ready, here let me help you. Oh you're going to look so handsome."
  92. >Her attempts to drag her brother upstairs were cut short when an equally forceful tug on his other arm sent her reeling backwards.
  93. >Leni and Lincoln both looked to see an irritated Lori clutching on.
  94. "And who says you're helping him? I'm the only one with any real dating tips, I should be the one to help him."
  95. >Well that just wouldn't do, and Leni made sure to voice her concerns by yanking Lincoln back towards her.
  96. "Hey why are you two the only ones that can help?"
  97. >Everyone turned to see an irate Lynn crossing her arms and tapping her foot.
  98. >Lori couldn't help but guffaw.
  99. "You!? How could you possibly help?"
  100. >Lynn's face went scarlet and she grabbed Lincoln by the collar.
  101. "Because I always win, Lincoln needs to be more assertive if he wants to impress her and I have just the montage to help with that."
  102. "I wanna make him pretty!" Lola shouted.
  103. "That's dumb, he needs to be handsome!" Lana snapped.
  104. >Lisa sighed and stepped forward, straightening her glasses.
  105. "Thish dishplay of human emoshions ish shickening, none of your consherns are valid."
  106. >Then she took a couple more steps forward and grabbed Lincoln by the pants leg.
  107. "Beshides, if anyone could prove to be of ashistance it's me. Come sibling, I have been working on an experimental hormone to improve the human libido, I can ashure you your date will find you irresishtable."
  108. >Lisa's attempt to drag her brother to her lab made no headway as the older girls held tight.
  109. >A wild Lucy appears!
  110. "Science has no place here, the emotional spectrum must be respected. I have just the spell in Great Grandma Harriet's book to help you Lincoln."
  111. >"Make her laugh, girls love a guy that can make her laugh," Luan quipped.
  112. >"Nah dude," Luna interjected, "Girls love music, play her a tune bro."
  113. >Oh yeah, you know exactly what girls want Luna."
  114. >Luna reached over and whacked Luan upside her fat head.
  115. >This was just the spark the powder keg needed and the girls exploded into a frenzy, trying to wrench their brother into several directions all the while taking swings at one another.
  116. "Now girls you stop right this second!"
  117. >She Who Must Be Obeyed had spoken and the adolescents acquiesced.
  118. >Rita Loud marched up to her boy and yanked him free.
  119. "Now girls I know you're excited for him but Lincoln needs to do this on his own. He's a big boy now and he's perfectly capable of dressing himself, you can offer him tips if you want but I trust Lincoln to handle this with all the maturity and responsibility I know he's capable of."
  120. >Rita patted her son on his shoulder and beamed down at him, Lincoln himself was starting to tear up a bit at his mother's confidence in him.
  121. >Rita's smile wavered just a little and her hand hovered off his shoulder and to his head.
  122. "You could probably do something about your hair though, and maybe you have time to take a shower, also brush your teeth, and please tell me you weren't thinking of wearing that shirt."
  123. >Lincoln dropped to the ground and barrel rolled outta there.
  124. >A ballsy maneuver Slim, but it seemed to do the trick as he scrambled towards the stairs.
  125. >The boy went for broke and sprinted towards his bedroom, a veritable maelstrom of females hot on his heels.
  126. >Lincoln could feel their hot breath on the back of his neck, their claws scrabbling at his shirt.
  127. >The boy made one last desperate leap...
  128. >And he sticks the landing Jim! And what a beautiful dive it was, that'll put him in the top five for sure this kid's a natural.
  129. >Lincoln kicked the door shut and shoved his back against it, ignoring his mother's stern admonishment not to slam doors.
  130. >Lincoln moaned and strained against his sisters attempts to force their way through
  131. >This wasn't going well, he had a feeling they'd over react and want to meddle but this was ridiculous.
  132. >Lincoln noticed that on the floor to the right was his walkie-talkie. . . of course!
  133. >He'd call Clyde, that would surely help.
  134. >Lincoln reached out...but then he stopped.
  135. >His mother's words from earlier rang out in his head. She believed in him, she thought he had what it took to do this.
  136. >Lincoln's brow knit together and he scowled, his mom was right, he didn't need Clyde or the other guys, and he certainly didn't need his sisters.
  137. >He was going to impress this girl all on his own dammit!
  138. Would you guys just KNOCK IT OFF!
  139. >The shoving on the other side of the door stopped abruptly but he could feel they were still on the other side.
  140. >Lincoln sighed and curled up with his face in his hands.
  141. "Look, I get it. You all care about me and want to help, I appreciate it. But I want to do this, I want to impress her myself, I want her to look at me and think I'm alright the way I am because...well because I really like this girl. And I want her to like me back. But I don't really know what I'm doing, I do need a little help, and I want you girls to help me because I love all of you too. So can you all please just tone it down a little and help me, because honestly I'm scared okay."
  142. >Lincoln heard no reply on the other side and thought he probably scared them off.
  143. >Feeling even worse now he opened the door, only to find all of the female residents of the Loud House waiting for him on the other side.
  144. >There wasn't a dry eye amidst them, though each of them sported a great big smile.
  145. "Aw bro, you're right, sorry we pressured you like that." Luna said
  146. "Of course we'll help you Linky" Lori cooed
  147. "My baby boy's growing up," Rita sobbed
  148. "Forgive us for our foolish akshions dear shibling," Lisa spat, but it's the thought that counts.
  149. >Each sibling crowded around their only brother and the Loud House had one of its famous family group hugs.
  150. >Lincoln's grin was so wide it took up his whole face, but it slowly slipped as he looked around at his family.
  151. "Hey mom, where's dad?"
  152. >Rita's eyes snapped open.
  153. "AW CRAP!"
  154. >She disentangled herself from her brood hug and ran down the stairs.
  155. >Luckily Lynn Sr. was still where they left him, physically, emotionally, and spiritually broken on the floor in a state of shock.
  156. >While Rita tended to her comatose husband the sisters prepared to help Lincoln with his date in just two short hours.
  157. >Was he nervous...hell yeah he was.
  158. >But he wasn't going to let it get to him, the little white-haired Heracles was going to give Brownie the night of her young life.
  159. >Or at least die of embarrassment trying.
  160. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  161. >Little did young Lincoln know that a few blocks away a very similar scenario was playing out, as a young girl scrambled to make herself presentable while her friends watched with smirks adorning their features.
  162. "I don't know what you're worried about Brownie, the little dork is already putty in your hands."
  163. >Brownie huffed and threw her blue skirt to the ground, turning around to face a blonde girl in an oversized sweater.
  164. "Well Whitney, if you ever got a date maybe you'd see why I'm so nervous."
  165. >The insult rolled off Whitney's perfectly sculpted sweater like water off a duck's back, and just to add insult to injury her smirk defied the very laws of physics by becoming even more smug.
  166. You gonna tell him your real name?
  167. >Brownie faltered a bit and for a split second the scared, unsure little girl inside reared her head as she swayed in place.
  168. >This uncertainty lasted a whole 3 seconds before she shook her head and affixed a mighty glare at her friend.
  169. "Maybe I will! And I bet he'll think it's pretty!"
  170. >Whitney hopped off her friend's bed and marched her way up to Brownie's closet.
  171. "You're being silly is all. Lincoln's a dork but he's sweet, he's probably way more nervous about tonight than you are. Besides, we both know he likes you."
  172. >Whitney leaned down to pick up a green blouse and threw it at Brownie.
  173. >The girl caught the fabric and began kneading it with her thumbs, looking at the floor and all around making a pitiful spectacle of herself.
  174. "You really think so?"
  175. >Whitney snorted and waved her arms about.
  176. "Of course he likes you dummy! He wouldn't have agreed otherwise."
  177. >Her expression shifted into something vaguely approaching sinister and she leaned over to hiss into her friend's ear.
  178. "It's his sisters you need to worry about."
  179. >Brownie's reaction wasn't what Whitney was expecting as she immediately perked up and threw an arm out in a victory pose.
  180. "That won't be a problem at all, I've been practicing for the gauntlet!"
  181. >Whitney gave her friend a dry look
  182. "The gauntlet?"
  183. "Yes, the gauntlet," a dainty voice called out as the bedroom door swung open and their friend Cookie walked in, carrying an armful of assorted junk and paper.
  184. >Whitney was not impressed.
  185. "What's all this crap?"
  186. >Cookie scowled and turned towards Whitney, hands on hips and a glare in her eyes.
  187. "This crap is everything Whitney needs for The Gauntlet, it's her first and only line of defense in the Loud House."
  188. >Cookie turned back towards the bed and began to rummage through the pile of knickknacks.
  189. "We all know how over protective Lincoln's sisters are, Chandler still can't chew solids and Papa Wheelie will never ride again after the stunt he pulled. If Brownie wants to get to Lincoln she has to go through them first."
  190. >Whitney sauntered over and picked up a small tank with a wide-eyed amphibian inside.
  191. "Hence the salamander I take it."
  192. >Cookie huffed and took back the cage.
  193. "That's for Lana, the good twin, she likes animals."
  194. "Well we're going to have to disagree here, because Lola is the superior twin."
  195. "Yeah if you're blind I guess."
  196. "Would you two quit it! What's the game plan here Cookie?"
  197. >Cookie smiled and pulled out a chart from the pile.
  198. "It's all very simple, each Loud girl has their own unique tastes, the chaos comes from the fact that you can't be sure which ones will approach you first and in what order."
  199. >Lori is protective, just show her you like Lincoln.
  200. >Leni is a sweetheart and likes fashion, compliment her outfits and you're in.
  201. >Luna is a rocker, display some knowledge and for God's sake don't try and convince her Bluegrass is good. No, stop Brownie, it isn't, we aren't doing this!
  202. >Luan is a comedian, tell her about the school prank we've been working on and she'll love you.
  203. >Lynn is the dangerous one, but if you tell her you like soccer and ask for a match you'll be her golden girl.
  204. >Lucy is spooky, give her one of those books by that Lovecraft guy you keep blabbing about and see if she takes the bait.
  205. >Lana will love the salamander and Lola requires glitter, because she's shallow Whitney!
  206. >Lisa is the smartest human on the planet, you will never impress her. Accept this and move on.
  207. >Lily is a baby, kiss head.
  208. "And that's that, everything you need to do to survive the Loud House in one easy pamphlet."
  209. >Cookie nodded to herself and folded up the diagram, passing it to Brownie who at the moment was not feeling nearly as confident as she was a moment ago and took the paper with shaking hands.
  210. "Or, you know, maybe I could just go over there and be myself and hope that's enough?"
  211. >Whitney and Cookie stared at her for a moment before they burst out laughing.
  212. >Bitches.
  213. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  214. >Meanwhile back at Casa de Loud the girls were helping Lincoln with his own game plan.
  215. >Leni had fished out a nice little ensemble for him to wear, not that much different from his usual attire though the orange button-up shirt was long-sleeved and he swapped the jeans for khakis.
  216. >Luna sat behind Lincoln while he sat on Leni's bed, brushing his hair and generally fixing it up.
  217. >Lori herself sat on her own adjacent bed, giving Lincoln little tips and pointers like when to strike up a conversation; what to say, how to say it, what you mean, and a whole bunch of other two-dollar words that went right over his head.
  218. >Luan would interject at random moments, giving her own advice on what to do, like when to put his arm around her, or how he'd know if she was fishing for a smooch.
  219. >Lincoln sighed as all the girls EEEEEE'd at that but his smile betrayed his emotions, he genuinely appreciated all the help he was getting.
  220. >Maybe tonight wouldn't be a bust, just maybe he'd impress this girl and this date would go off without a hitch.
  221. >The minutes passed into hours and the time of reckoning was soon at hand.
  222. >As Lincoln (with a little help from Lynn) psyched himself up for his date a lone figure walked down the sidewalk towards the imposing household.
  223. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  224. >Brownie was a good thirty minutes early and she wanted to make the most of her head start.
  225. >And it looked like that's exactly what she would get, as the terrible twosome Lana and Lola greeted her.
  226. >The two little twins were gussied up in little hall monitor uniforms and stood side by side on the walkway leading up the front door.
  227. >Brownie crossed the threshold and took a step forward.
  228. >The two girls matched her step by step until their little showdown ended with them meeting halfway.
  229. >Short as they were the two little hellions were sure intimidating.
  230. "Brownie, I take it," Lola sneered.
  231. "If you want to get our big brother you gotta get through us first," Lana quipped.
  232. "Not just anyone can date OUR brother," Lola scoffed, tossing her hair up. "We Louds have a reputation to maintain after all."
  233. >Brownie rolled her eyes and threw a hand out, a cloud of glitter went sailing through the breeze and down the sidewalk.
  234. “GLITTER!”
  235. >And just like that Lola was gone, leaving a bemused Brownie and a disgruntled Lana behind.
  236. >Lana glared up at Brownie, but this time there with a smile begrudging respect.
  237. “Good trick, but it'll take more than that to get rid of meeeeeeeee...
  238. >Lana's threat quickly evaporated when Brownie held out her other hand and showed the little girl a salamander.
  239. >Lana rapidly hopped from one foot to the other as she danced in place, her eyes enlarged and shimmering with excitement as she held her hands out.
  240. >Brownie smiled and handed over the Urodela to Lana who cooed and swiftly departed for her lair, leaving the door wide open.
  241. >Brownie wiped her hands off and smiled at her accomplishment.
  242. Two down, eight to go.
  243. >Brownie walked up to the open door and peered inside.
  244. >It was bigger on the inside, hue hue.
  245. >A THICC blonde woman stood by the staircase looking up and scratching her head in confusion.
  246. >The woman turned around and let out an Oh when she saw the little girl standing at the doorway waving at her shyly.
  247. “Oh, you must be Brownie, come in honey, make yourself comfortable. I'm Rita, Lincoln's mother, it's so good to meet you.”
  248. >Brownie smiled at the woman's warm demeanor and slowly walked inside, taking in the interior of the infamous Loud House.
  249. >Loud was the right word, the place was a mess and she could hear a clamor going on upstairs.
  250. "Well honey it is a pleasure to finally meet you, you've been having an effect on our Lincoln you know. Oh, he's just so excited for tonight. Oh, and this place is just a mess! I was going to clean up but you're here a little earlier than expected," the Loud matriarch said, roving about the living room and putting away stray articles of clothing and scattered toys.
  251. >Brownie stopped by the sofa and stared at the comatose big-nosed man lying on it, she poked him a few times before answering Rita.
  252. Y-yeah, I just thought I'd get here a little early and, well meet the family, y'know. Met Lola and Lana outside.
  253. >Rita beamed at the young girl and chuckled. So that's what that was all about earlier. Well now, this plucky little girl was just full of surprises, she seemed nice, and polite so far.
  254. “Well honey, I'll go upstairs and get Lincoln, you just make yourself at home now.”
  255. >And with that Rita slowly ascended the stairs.
  256. >Brownie took a deep shaky breath and strengthened her resolve.
  257. >The Gauntlet had begun.
  258. “Hello Lucy.”
  259. >Brownie looked to her right and saw a little black-haired girl standing next to her.
  260. >Lucy was surprised though you couldn't tell behind her mop of hair.
  261. >It was rare for anyone to ever predict her manifestations into this mortal plane, and rarer still for them not to be scared.
  262. >This girl had to be watched.
  263. “Yes, I am Lucy, and you must be Brownie, the mortal who has absconded with my fair brother's heart. I will warn you only once, should you dare deign to harm in any way my wrath shall be unleashed in full-
  264. "I heard you like scary things," Brownie interrupted, rummaging around in her backpack, "so I got you this present."
  265. >Wind thoroughly taken from her sails Lucy could only stammer in surprise as Brownie pulled out a small book from her backpack
  266. “Yeah, it's called the Shadow over Innsmouth, don't know if you've ever read any Lovecraft but it's kinda neat. This is some old school horror stuff right here.”
  267. >Brownie handed over the book and Lucy gingerly accepted it.
  268. “Wicked.”
  269. >And with that Lucy meandered off, book held tight to her like a precious treasure.
  270. >Brownie smiled and nodded to herself, pleased with her good work so far.
  271. “Nice job there.”
  272. >Brownie spun around to face the chipper voice and stood face to general chest area due to height difference with the Loud House's resident court fool.
  273. "So what's your plan for me," Luan said with a cheeky grin.
  274. >Brownie's eye lit up with genuine excitement and a broad smile spread across her face.
  275. “Oh hey, you're Luan right. The ultimate prankster of Royal Woods High? I wanted to run this prank I had in mind by you, get your input.”
  276. >Brownie already had Luan's interest when she took care of Lucy, now she had her attention.
  277. “Oh?”
  278. “Yeah, get this, you get three pigs, don't ask me how I haven't figured that out yet, and you paint the numbers 1, 2, and 4 on them. You let them loose in the school and watch them run around and cause some chaos.”
  279. >Luan's eyes widened and she nodded, that was good, that was really good.
  280. “But wait, why the numbers 1, 2, and 4, there's only three pigs?”
  281. >Brownie cocked an eyebrow and tapped her head.
  282. “Exactly, and they'll spend the rest of the day looking for a pig #3 that doesn't exist.”
  283. >And that. Was. It.
  284. >Luan fell to her knees and held out her arms in reverence, eyes skyward in absolution.
  285. >Brownie admired her handiwork when a slow clap rang through the house, she slowly looked to her side to see Lynn leaning against the doorway staring straight at her.
  286. “You've done good so far, but what do you have in your arsenal against me?”
  287. >Lynn left her post and marched right up to Brownie, slowly circling her.
  288. >Though Brownie had a good two inches on the sporty sister she felt a twinge of genuine intimidation, she saw what Lynn did to Papa Wheelie, she saw the scars.
  289. >Lynn came full circle and stopped in front of Brownie, silently judging her brother's suitor.
  290. “So I know you two are going to see that comic book movie, guess you're like him right right, you like all that nerd stuff?”
  291. >Bitch STFU Ace Savvy is the shit you uncultured swine
  292. >Brownie narrowed her eyes and nodded, then slyly grinned.
  293. “I also play soccer, maybe you and I can go a couple rounds someday.”
  294. >Lynn's eyes slightly widened, was that a challenge?
  295. >Her competitive nature was aroused.
  296. >Her eyes alight with mischievous intent, Lynn grinned and leaned forward.
  297. “Looking forward to it.”
  298. >Lynn turned on her heels and strolled off, seemingly pleased with her assessment of Lincoln's potential new girlfriend.
  299. >Brownie let out a breath she didn't even realize she was holding.
  300. “Good job with Lynn dude.”
  301. >Brownie sighed and again turned around. What the hell was up with these girls and appearing behind people.
  302. >This time it was a two for one deal as a chill looking rocker girl and a precious, bubbly cinnamon roll stood in front of her.
  303. “Hey, you two must be...
  304. “I'm Leni! And this is Luna! And you must be Brownie, ohmigosh it so nice to meet you Lincoln has been talking about you since he got home from school and he is just so excited and so am I because my baby brother really likes you and you seem so nice and gosh isn't that a pretty skirt you're wearing what is that is it...
  305. >Brownie reeled at the onslaught of noise and then even further at the implications.
  306. >Lincoln talked about her, he liked her!
  307. >Luna noticed the young girl about to swoon in front of her and decided to come to her rescue, cutting Leni's bombardment off with a laugh and a hand on her shoulder.
  308. “C'mon Leni, don't give the girl a heart attack, that's Lincoln's job.”
  309. >Leni gave her sister a confused glance but her confusion spread into a knowing smile when she saw how red Brownie's face was.
  310. “Hehe, you're right Luna, these two have a date to get to.”
  311. >Leni meandered off into the living room and sat on what little sofa space was available next to her snoozing papa, watching the pretty colors on the t.v. screen go by.
  312. >Luna walked up to bro and held her fist out, and Brownie smiled and returned the bump.
  313. >Luna lazily swung an arm around the girl's shoulders and pulled her in.
  314. “Now listen, I get what you're doing, but don't feel like you got to impress us or anything. Well, maybe Lynn, but she's a little nuts. Anyway, Lincoln likes you, and I can tell you like him too, so just be nice to him and you won't have anything to worry about from us, okay?”
  315. >Brownie couldn't help but lean into the rocker's sisterly embrace, and she nodded at Luna's silent question.
  316. “I think Lincoln's cute, and I want this date to go well.”
  317. >Luna beamed at this and patter the younger girl on her shoulder.
  318. "Don't worry luv," she chimed in her cringe-inducing fake accent, "the lad's got a thing for ya, it'll go without a hitch I guarantee."
  319. >And with that Luna left, joining her sister and knackered dad in the living room, sitting on the floor in front of the t.v
  320. >Brownie considered joining them, probably better than just standing near the staircase like an idiot, where were Rita and Lincoln anyway?
  321. >The shot of pain that traveled up her entire arm and into her back, enough to make her jump and yelp, quickly brought her back to reality.
  322. >Brownie shuffled off and glared down at a little bespectacled gremlin in a frumpy green sweater, one who was currently holding a shot filled with her blood.
  323. “Lisa!”
  324. >Lori Loud descended from the stairs and marched right up to her little sister, affixing her with a mighty glare.
  325. "Just what do you think you're doing!?"
  326. >Lisa looked up her older sister, and judging by the empty frown had absolutely zero shits to give.
  327. "A blood test," Lisa replied, slowly and deliberately, like talking to a child.
  328. >And with that Lisa doddered past her older sibling and the sore Brownie and ascended the steps back to her laboratory.
  329. >Lori muttered something about getting her back and glanced at Brownie, the poor girl was rubbing her arm and murmuring to herself, there were even a few stray tears in her eyes.
  330. "Oh geez, I am so sorry about that, Lori said, walking up to the whimpering girl and giving her a small hug. "Lisa was way out of line, I'll make sure she never does that again, okay?"
  331. >Brownie appreciated Lori's effort but she was quickly becoming annoyed with the whole scenario.
  332. >Brownie saw Luna and Leni looking at her from the living room and huffed, wiping her eyes with her arm.
  333. >She came here to show Lincoln's sisters that she meant business and she wasn't about to ruin all that effort with a few tears.
  334. >She looked up at Lori and gave her best grin.
  335. "Oh, I'm alright, no biggie, she just surprised me is all."
  336. >Lori gave a surprisingly gentle smile at the girls words and just nodded.
  337. "Lincoln will be down in a bit, and you have one sister left to meet."
  338. >Brownie contemplated Lori's words as the older girl joined her sisters in the living room.
  339. >One more sister, hadn't she met them all?
  340. >The twins, the scientist, the jester and rock star, then the two oldest, Lynnpocalypse herself, who was left?
  341. >Brownie felt something smack her leg and she looked down to see a baby smack her again with a rattle.
  342. >Lily!
  343. >Brownie knelt down and picked the baby up.
  344. >Lily crossed her arms and gave the unassuming girl in front of her a flat, even glare.
  345. >Despite herself Brownie could feel her resolve wilting under the harsh gaze of the infant.
  346. >Seriously, what was up with this baby?
  347. >What did Cookie's list say about Lily again...oh yeah!
  348. >Brownie pressed her lips against Lily's cute little head and gave it a smooch.
  349. >The baby's stern scrutiny laxed after this and she gave Brownie a soft smile, slowly nodding her head.
  350. >Lily patted Brownie on the shoulder and in a terrifying show of strength brought the girl in for a hug.
  351. >Youze a good girl Brownie, youze got my blessing to seez my brother anytime, capisce.
  352. >What
  353. >Brownie's eyes shot open and she held the baby out at arm's length, though Lily just giggled and started swinging her rattle around.
  354. >Brownie set Lilly on the floor and took several steps back, her eyes never leaving Lily until the baby crawled off out of sight in front of the sofa.
  355. >Weird baby
  356. >Brownie shook her head and looked up the stairs when she heard the shuffle of footsteps and saw Lincoln coming down the stai...
  357. >Oh my.
  358. >Brownie like.
  359. >Brownie like very much.
  360. >Lincoln was always cute but it seemed living with ten sisters worked in his favor 'cause damn that boy could clean up.
  361. >Brownie was actually feeling a little self-conscious of her own looks now, she definitely should've done something with her hair, oh God was her breath okay!
  362. >If the young lady had any idea how good she looked in Lincoln's eyes any doubt would've been washed away in an instant; along with any sense of common decency or societal restraint, so perhaps it was a good thing.
  363. >Lincoln momentarily paused when he saw Brownie at the foot of the stairs but a little motivation from his mother in the form of a swift kick to the seat of his pants sent him along his way.
  364. >The two kids met face-to-face, the pair of them blushing like mad and trying to steal as many glances at their significant other as possible without looking pervy.
  365. "H-hey Brownie."
  366. "Hey, Linc. You excited?"
  367. >The boy nodded and Brownie couldn't help but giggle, he was seriously too cute for his own good.
  368. >Rita cooed at the adorable sight and twirled her car keys.
  369. "You kids ready to go?"
  370. >The two nodded and the trio made for the front door as the sisters shouted their goodbyes, dating tips, words of encouragement, and one patented wolf whistle ala Luna Loud.
  371. >When they were out of sight all notions of common decency were thrown out the window as the sisters huddled together and began the time honored tradition of gossip.
  372. "I like her," Leni immediately quiped.
  373. "Oh definitely," Lori replied, "I saw how she handled the rest of you girls, those weren't accidents she made a plan just like Lincoln would, they're LITERALLY perfect for each other."
  374. "Well I'm just not sure about her is all," Lola huffed.
  375. "Aw, you're just sour because she distracted you with glitter. I mean, really? Glitter?" Lana shot back, petting her new salamander courtesy of Brownie. "I think she's great, I'm gonna call this little guy Frankie."
  376. "I think she's wicked."
  377. >All the sisters screamed and jumped in place before turning to glare at their goth sister.
  378. "Lucy!"
  379. >The goth girl gave a soft sigh and pulled out a copy of 'The Shadow over Innsmouth.'
  380. "She gave me this creepy book, I never even heard about this Lovecraft guy before, he's from the late 1800's. Old school, existential horror stuff."
  381. >Lucy pressed the book against her in a little hug and smiled.
  382. >The collected sisters couldn't help but smile at the sight of their little goth acting all flustered and Luna reached out to pull her into a hug.
  383. "I think she's a pretty chill little dude, she was obviously trying to impress us, must mean she wants this to work. As long as she's nice to our little man, I don't have a problem with her."
  384. >Luna's laid-back smile suddenly darkened, her brow knit, and she clenched her teeth.
  385. "Unless she likes country music of course."
  386. >Luan scoffed and reached over to flick Luna's nose.
  387. "First of all Luna, authentic Appalachian Bluegrass is second to none, second of all this girl is a riot. I mean, did you guys hear that prank idea she had? Getting three pigs and letting them loose in the school, but because you painted numbers on them they think there's four and they keep looking, genius! That almost beats my end of middle school prank."
  388. >Luna rubbed her nose and glared at her sister.
  389. "You mean the one where you put a mattress in the school pool. Didn't they need a crane to get it out?"
  390. >Luan sighed and put her hands behind her head.
  391. "Yeah, those were good times. Anyway, Lincoln made a catch if you ask me. A pretty and funny girl, that's the jackpot."
  392. >Luna grinned at that and slugged Luan in the shoulder.
  393. "Yeah, too bad you only fit one of those, eh sis?"
  394. >Luan of course responded by tackling her sister and so began the sixth roughhousing session of the Loud Household today.
  395. >Lori sighed and shook her head at the display, and upon feeling a light smack against her leg looked down to Lily swinging her rattle.
  396. >Lori chuckled and picked up the baby, bringing her in for a kiss and tummy tickle.
  397. "And what about you Lily? Did you like your big brother's new girlfriend?"
  398. >Lily narrowed her eyes and rubbed her chin, deep in thought, but after a few seconds laughed and clapped her hands.
  399. "Yeah, she seemed alright," Lynn said, coming out of nowhere to dive on the sofa.
  400. >Unfortunately poor Loud Sr., still comatose from the earlier breach of the sound barrier, was still lying there and so burdened the brunt of Lynn's cannonball.
  401. >Lynn lounged on her poor parental unit and kicked her feet up.
  402. "She's a nerd, like Lincoln. But she also plays at least one sport and seems to keep herself active. Maybe she'll be able to get Lincoln outside more, get him up and going. Gonna wipe the floor with her in our soccer match though.
  403. >Lori rolled her eyes and groaned at her sister's competitive nature, leave it Lynn to casually threaten her own brother's date when she comes over.
  404. "Ahem."
  405. >The Loud sisters all turned their heads (sans Luan and Luna who were too busy putting each other in headlocks) to see Lisa holding a clipboard.
  406. "My recent blood tests have confirmed that this Brownie girl has no ailments to speak of. I can also determine, albeit somewhat hesitantly due to a lack of genetic material, that she doesn't seem to suffer from any genetic maladies and seems to be of adequate biological stock. I can also determine from her physiology that upon reaching sexual maturity she will be of suitable size to carry a large quantity of offspring to term."
  407. >Lori sputtered in indignation, Luan and Lynn laughed their asses off, Luna moaned in pain from the spectacular ass-kicking Luan dealt her off screen, Lucy had already dematerialized back from whence she came, and the words sailed right over the heads of the rest of the sisters.
  408. "Lisa!" Lori shouted, "What on Earth makes you think you have the right to jab a needle into someone's arm like that."
  409. "The fact that I'm literally smarter than all of you put together."
  410. >Lori deflated a little at that.
  411. "Well, I mean, yeah. But what if she left because of that, do you know how heart-broken Lincoln would be."
  412. >Lisa looked ready to retort, but was cut short.
  413. >As a matter of fact she hadn't thought about that, and that brief flash of insecurity was all Lori needed to see to know she had won.
  414. "W-well, the thing is... Look, I had to make sure nothing was wrong with her. You think I'm just about to let MY older brother go date someone without preforming the necessary background checks. What if she had some kind of disease, or genetic predisposition for kids with tails. You want that in the family Lori, kids with tails, because I don't. Evolution deemed them superfluous eons ago for a reason."
  415. >Lisa huffed for a few seconds, but it wasn't until she caught the knowing stares and grins of her sisters did the enormity of her Freudian slip begin to dawn on her.
  416. "N-no, wait, it's not what you...
  417. "You're jealous!" Lori yelled triumphantly.
  418. "Oh, that's so cute!" Leni squealed.
  419. "I AM NOT!" Lisa shouted, punctuating her stance with a stomp of her little foot.
  420. >At this point Luan and Lynn's collective sides had left this mortal coil and entered orbit around the planet, meanwhile Luna groaned as she tried to regain consciousness.
  421. >Lola and Lana even joined in on the ribbing.
  422. "Geez Lisa, showing your true colors like that? Must be so embarrassing." Lola chided with a flip of her hair.
  423. "Yeah Lisa, but maybe if you apologize to Brownie, Lincoln will read you a bedtime story for being a good girl."
  424. >All the girls laughed at that while Lisa clenched her fists and fumed, a few stray tears building up.
  425. >Lisa looked to her little sister, hoping for at least some measure of comfort.
  426. >Lily looked at Lisa with a saucy little grin and slowly raised her eyebrow.
  427. >The baby closed her eyes and shook her head, letting out a low chuckle.
  428. >Et tu, Lily?
  429. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  430. > "Thanks for driving us mom."
  431. "Oh, it's no problem sweetheart, you two have fun. Text me when the movie is over and I'll pick you up, okay."
  432. "Er, alright mom, bye now." Lincoln mumbled, blushing heavily from both his mother's affections and his date's chuckles.
  433. >As his mother peeled away Lincoln flushed and rubbed his arm, glancing sideways at Brownie's smiling face and shining eyes.
  434. >The girl affectionately threw her arm around Lincoln and brought him close.
  435. "I like your mom, she's nice."
  436. >Lincoln laughed and leaned into her embrace
  437. >Brownie's grin broadened and she cocked her head over to the ticket teller, Lincoln nodded at the silent question and the young couple made their way over to the clerk.
  438. >The clerk who had obviously been watching the whole scene and was trying not to let out an aw at seeing them (and was failing miserably as her smile could put the Cheshire Cat to shame).
  439. "Well hello there kids, and what can I do for you today."
  440. >The young couple fidgeted a little under the attention but Brownie swallowed it and leaned up to the microphone.
  441. "Two for the Ace Savvy movie please."
  442. >She pulled off her backpack and rummaged around in it before pulling out a wad of bills.
  443. >Lincoln felt a twinge at resentment from having his date pay, sure he didn't have any money but on some level he knew this was a slight against what little manhood he currently possessed.
  444. >Brownie must've read his mind, or more likely his face, because she turned to him and gave a wink.
  445. "I got this one, but you better pay for the next date."
  446. >As she handed over the change to the teller Lincoln blushed at the implication of another date and his little heart skipped a beat.
  447. >The two kids collected their tickets and made it inside the theater proper.
  448. >Brownie lead the way to the food court and looked over her shoulder to give Linc another wink.
  449. "I got just enough for a popcorn and drink, we'll have to share though. That okay?"
  450. "Y-Yeah! Er, I mean, sure. That'd be fine."
  451. >Lincoln looked sideways and coughed, rubbing the back of his head as he tried to play off his little flub there.
  452. >Brownie herself turned forward, hoping Lincoln didn't notice her smile when she heard the enthusiasm in his voice just now.
  453. >Both of them were perfectly aware that they knew the other knew about the subtle implication of sharing a drink; what they didn't know was just how excited it made them both.
  454. >After another brief purchase of one small popcorn and coke, along with Lincoln promising to pay for next time much to Brownie's enthusiasm, the two made for the movie and entered the dark theater.
  455. >Surprisingly the theater was empty, or perhaps it wasn't so surprising as the movie had already been out for a week.
  456. >Lincoln hadn't been able to make it to opening weekend and had been avoiding spoilers from literally everyone he knew to keep it a surprise.
  457. >Brownie was in a similar boat but hadn't been so lucky as Whitney already spoiled the big twist.
  458. >Y'know, the big twist where Ace Savy's new love interest turns out to be the real ringleader behind the villain and is actually Lady Specter from the old school comics?
  459. >Man, what a twist
  460. >Anyway, fuck Whitney
  461. >Brownie and Lincoln went for the sweet spot right at the center of the theater, the perfect spot right in the middle where the screen isn't too big or small and the sound is just right.
  462. >God, that sweet spot.
  463. >The two kids nestled into their seats and Brownie wasted no time in leaning up against her date who shivered from the skin contact.
  464. >Brownie glanced throughout the theater and slowly turned to Lincoln with mischief clear on her face.
  465. "I think we might have the place to ourselves," she excitedly whispered, wiggling her eyebrows.
  466. >Lincoln gulped and nodded, a nervous grin overtaking his face.
  467. >Lincoln couldn't but feel like he was a mouse caught under the gaze of a cat, but what he couldn't really understand was why it didn't bother him; it was the opposite really, he didn't want to leave, he liked it there.
  468. >For the first time tonight Lincoln took the initiative and tentatively wrapped an arm around his date.
  469. >Brownie very much appreciated this turn of events, indeed she encouraged it by grabbing said roving appendage and tightening it around her.
  470. >Practically leaning out of her seat at this point the young girl, who it should be said had a few inches on her date, looked down at him through half-lidded eyes.
  471. "Hey Lincoln," she purred.
  472. "Hey Brownie." Lincoln said in what he hoped was a suave, manly voice.
  473. >In reality it was the squeaky voice of boy just entering puberty but to Brownie he might as well have been {insert whatever actor you think is sexy}.
  474. >Brownie could fell a tremor going up through her core and up her spine.
  475. >Lincoln was doing it again, that thing he does where he acts like he isn't the cutest boy in Michigan and makes her head swim and her legs tremble.
  476. >Lincoln was naughty like that, she should punish him.
  477. >Yes brownie, that's a good idea, that's a very good idea.
  478. >Brownie's eyes glazed over and she bit her bottom lip, then she went in for the kill.
  479. >Lincoln was frozen in time, he had seen this look on his sisters before when they had boys over but he had never been on the receiving end before.
  480. >As his date leaned in Lincoln's breath hitched in his throat, was this really how he wanted his first kiss to go, in some grungy movie theater?
  481. >Yes.
  482. >Lincoln swallowed and puckered his lips, leaning forward himself.
  483. >He tightened his grip on Brownie's waist and rested his other shaking hand on her ample assets.
  484. >His date responded by resting one hand on his chest and using the other to grab his hair and pull his up to a better angle.
  485. >Their lips brushed, angels sang, time stopped, the world ended.
  486. COMING THIS SUMMER TO A THEATER NEAR YOU!
  487. >The two kids screamed and disentangled, smacking each other around a little and falling to the floor.
  488. >Brownie rubbed her head, seething in fury and turning to glare at the theater screen currently showing four hippopotamuses wearing trench coats and holding shotguns.
  489. WHEN A GANG WAR THREATENS TO TURN THEIR CITY TO RUINS THESE VIGILANTES GET HUNGRY; HUNGRY FOR JUSTICE! AND WHEN ONE OF THEIR FAMILIES ARE DRAGGED INTO THE FRAY THESE BROTHERS REALIZE THEY'LL NEED TO SET ASIDE THEIR DIFFERENCES TO TAKE A BITE OUTTA CRIME!
  490. HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPOS 2: THE HUNGRY GAMES!
  491. COMING THIS SUMMER!
  492. >The two kids stared at the screen slack jawed and wide eyed before slowly turning to face the other.
  493. >Brownie was the first to break with a light chuckle.
  494. >Lincoln soon followed with his own laugh and the two erupted into a cacophonous revelry.
  495. >Any tension between them evaporated and the two got up and went back to their seats, laughing without a care in the world.
  496. >They settled into their seats and Brownie took Lincoln's arm and wrapped it up around hers, entangling her fingers around him and holding his hand.
  497. >Brownie leaned her head against Lincoln's shoulder and he squeezed her hand.
  498. >This was nice too.
  499. >The mood for romance was thoroughly ruined, but the date was going without a hitch.
  500. >The two kids laughed openly and as loud as the wanted, trash talking the trailers or getting excited about the ones they actually wanted to see.
  501. >They didn't see anybody else in the theater, and honestly they didn't care either.
  502. >Brownie and Lincoln cheered at the trailer for the Enigmatic Tarantula Lad, they screamed when at the horrific Amazons from Mars and their grotesque method of reproduction, and they booed and threw popcorn at the terrible Hog Cop 3: Pig Harder trailer.
  503. >You can't just put the character a new tower, give him a new villain, but copy paste the plot from the first film and call it Pig Harder.
  504. >What does that even mean; he's already a pig how does one pig harder?
  505. >Brownie and Lincoln wiped the tears from theirs eyes and just looked at each other, giggling like the kids they were.
  506. "Thanks for coming with me Lincoln, this is the most fun I've ever had."
  507. "Me too Brownie, thank you for asking me out."
  508. >Brownie blushed and turned her head to the screen, it looked like the movie was starting.
  509. "Why?"
  510. >Brownie's smile vanished and she turned to Lincoln.
  511. "What?"
  512. >Lincoln's smile had wavered and his eyes looked almost downcast.
  513. "Why'd you ask me out?"
  514. >Brownie's mouth opened and closed but nothing seemed to come out.
  515. "Are...are you not having fun with me?"
  516. >Brownie tried her best but bless her heart she couldn't help but let out how hurt she felt, she thought Lincoln was enjoying himself.
  517. >The lad very quickly realized his predicament and started waving his hands around.
  518. "No, no, no, I am having fun, I swear. I'm having more fun than I have in a long time. It's just...
  519. >The boy sighed here and looked to the ground, any notions Brownie had of feigning anger or disappointment vanished and were replaced with genuine concern.
  520. "Just what, Linc? What's the matter?"
  521. >Lincoln sighed and looked up to her, his eyes seemed red and even a little watery.
  522. "I like you, a lot. I get the feeling you like me back, but why? I don't get it."
  523. >Brownie blinked, then she scowled a bit.
  524. "What the heck do you mean why, you just said it!"
  525. >Brownie leaned forward and grabbed his head pulling it close to her.
  526. "You're a dork Lincoln, but I like you. You're nice and you care about people even when they're mean to you. Ronnie stuffed sloppy joes down your pants everyday at lunch and you made her your best friend until she moved away."
  527. >Brownie realized just how close their faces were and oh boy was it hot in here.
  528. >She bite her bottom lip and looked away, hoping it was dark enough to hide her blush.
  529. "Also, you're cute. Really cute."
  530. >Lincoln's face might as well have been neon at this point, put him on the team Santa he'll get you through this blizzard.
  531. "I-I'm not that cute. I got these stupid rabbit teeth, and my ugly hair-
  532. "Shut up, I love your hair it's the best."
  533. >Lincoln and Brownie stared at each other for a few moments before Lincoln lunged forward and pressed his lips against hers.
  534. >It was just a peck really, but the reality of it all crashed down on him immediately.
  535. "I-I'm s-s-s-sorry I didn't mean t-too," he stammered out.
  536. >Brownie shut him the hell up with another kiss, then another, and look at that another one, oh what the hell another for the road.
  537. >By the fifteenth kiss Lincoln's inhibitions had completely faded as pulled and tugged on Brownie's shirt, trying to keep her as close to him as possible.
  538. >This was hardly a problem for her, if anything she obliged by leaving her own seat and finding far more comfortable purchase on Lincoln's lap.
  539. >Their kissing was anything but experienced, never before had the felt anything even remotely close to the pleasure they were receiving.
  540. >Instincts in overdrive the preteens mashed their lips together again and again, slipping tongue here and there, hell Brownie even licked Lincoln's face at one point.
  541. >The two felt like they could stay like this forever, in their own personal, moist heaven.
  542. >The urge to breathe soon destroyed such notions and they pulled apart with a pop, gasping heavily and drenched in each other’s spit they sat staring into the other’s eyes.
  543. >Brownie moved from her sitting position and opted for a straddling one, her ample rear pressed on Lincoln's crotch and her hands tangled in his beautiful soft hair.
  544. "I think the movie started Lincoln."
  545. >Lincoln response was to grab her by the seat of her pants and pull her closer.
  546. "Who cares," Lincoln panted, and pressed his lips against hers again.
  547. >Brownie moaned into his mouth and something hot and slippery entered.
  548. >Oh, it was her tongue. Well hello there little friend, how are you doing today.
  549. >Lincoln decided the best recourse in this situation was to suck on it and judging by the way Brownie thrashed in his lap he hit the nail on the head there.
  550. >Meanwhile Lincoln's hands went a roaming, feeling every little curve on his date's developing body.
  551. >There wasn't much there honestly but there was enough for him dammit.
  552. >They way she would jump and squeak in his grasp was pretty nice too, he wasn't too sure about what he was doing so he let her little noises be his guide.
  553. >He liked to think he was doing a bang up job.
  554. That's not to say Brownie's hands were idle either, as Lincoln's traveled from her rear to up her bare back her own nimble fingers left a butterfly trail up his chest, after unbuttoning that pesky shirt of course.
  555. >Come to think of it, her own clothes were starting to feel a little tight.
  556. >Who needs that shit. Clothes? Bah, all she needs are Lincoln's dexterous digits.
  557. >Brownie's fingers left Lincoln's minuscule pectorals and went to the hem of her shirt.
  558. >For Lincoln it was all in slow motion, for a split second the gravity of the situation fell upon him and he felt he should stop this now before it got out of hand.
  559. >Then he saw boob and his mind went bye-bye.
  560. >Living with ten sisters had left Lincoln with extensive knowledge of female anatomy, most of it either unwanted or unwarranted.
  561. >He had seen every beautiful and disgusting thing a girl had to offer, by all accounts Brownie's budding breasts were lackluster to what Leni or Lori were packing.
  562. >Lincoln thought they were beautiful and his fingers danced along Brownie's bare tummy.
  563. >His date giggled and kissed his cheek, they looked into each other's eyes and she nodded.
  564. >Lincoln kissed her again and his hands went into overdrive.
  565. >Inexperienced as he was, she was just as sensitive.
  566. >Every flick and trembling finger sent her into overdrive.
  567. >Driven by some unknown instinct her hips thrust forward and...
  568. Wait a tick
  569. >Lincoln and Brownie immediately stopped and starred at each other, their jaws slack and their eyes bugging out.
  570. >Brownie jerked again and...
  571. >Oh yes
  572. >That felt nice.
  573. >Brownie fell into Lincoln's chest and whimpered as Lincoln let out a little moan and trembled.
  574. >For a second neither of them could move, their heads filled with static and breaths shallow.
  575. >Then Brownie redoubled her efforts and started grinding on Lincoln's crotch.
  576. >The pain of textiles grinding into his most sensitive spot made Lincoln writhe, but he didn't want to stop.
  577. >He had to keep going, some instinct deep in his loins kept him going past the uncomfortable sensations.
  578. >Brownie certainly seemed to appreciate his unwavering constitution, moaning and crying into his chest as his hands massaged her back and tickled her sides.
  579. >Brownie was in Nirvana right now, the pleasure and pain were simultaneous and oh so sweet.
  580. >But she needed something, she needed Lincoln to do something, she wasn't sure what or even why but something needed to happen right now.
  581. "L-lincoln, please, I-I need...
  582. "W-what?"
  583. >Brownie groaned and grabbed his right hand, acting on instinct she guided it to the growing dampness between her legs.
  584. >Lincoln wasn't entirely sure what was going on but he did know what was down there and he remembered from one of his ill-fated "Talks" with Lori that what was there was very important for girls.
  585. >Lincoln tried to pull his hand back, stage fright and his mounting concern of doing this in public getting the better of him.
  586. >Brownie wasn't having any of that, yanking it back down with a cry.
  587. "Brownie, my sisters told me that this is something special, and we should only do it when we're older, and-
  588. >Lincoln's voice caught in his throat when his date looked up at him.
  589. >Her eyes were red and puffy, tears streaming down her face, lips trembling and face scrunched up in pain.
  590. "Please Lincoln, it hurts, it's all hot down there and it hurts and I really like you so please."
  591. >There were no more reservations, no more doubts, no more second thoughts.
  592. >Lincoln kissed his whimpering date and slowly brought his hands down to the danger zone.
  593. >Gonna take you right into the danger zone
  594. >He couldn't see what was going on, and he had no idea what he was doing, but when his hands brushed against something wet and Brownie jerked in his grasp and let out a moan he figured he could spit-ball it.
  595. >Brownie wasn't sure where she was at the moment but wherever it was it might as well have been pleasure city.
  596. >It wasn't like the girl had never...well, touched herself down there, but there was something distinctly different from doing it yourself and having a boy you had been crushing on for a while do it
  597. >She was riding on cloud nine, every time his fingers brushed against her folds it sent an electric shock jolting up her spine.
  598. >And so the two of them continued their little dance in the dark, neither of them able to see what they were doing and trusting only the sounds and movements of their partner to determine how well of a job they did.
  599. >Lincoln figured he'd get a gold star by the end of this.
  600. >The movie went unnoticed by the lustful preteens, and frankly neither of them gave a fuck if anybody else was in the theater or not.
  601. >Lincoln was too focused on pleasuring his new girlfriend (also making sure his pants didn't give his dick an Indian burn) and Brownie was far too preoccupied with the new delightful sensation building up inside her.
  602. >A sudden well of pressure and pleasure she had never before felt began welling up and it made her want to scream and cry and kick out her legs.
  603. "L-lincoln?"
  604. "Yeah?"
  605. "I th-think. I think something’s coming."
  606. >Lincoln yanked his hand away.
  607. “Someone’s coming!"
  608. >Brownie snarled and grabbed the hand to put it back.
  609. “Something’s coming."
  610. “Something’s coming?"
  611. “I-I think I-I-I think I’m…
  612. “You’re what?"
  613. “I-I’m coming."
  614. "You’re coming?"
  615. "I’m Coming!"
  616. "You’re Coming!?"
  617. "I’M CUMMING!!"
  618. >Brownie’s head went white, she heard violins, she smelled apple pie, she tasted orange sherbert, and her body went limp after one final shudder that went from her head all the way down to her curled toes
  619. >And so, young Brownie had her first orgasm, getting rubbed out by a buck-toothed albino to the backdrop of Ace Savvy beating the shit out of Man-Rhino while Lady Specter screamed vague threats.
  620. >10/10 do recommend
  621. >For three whole minutes neither Lincoln nor Brownie said a word.
  622. >Lincoln because the volume of Brownie's orgasm had left him stunned.
  623. >Brownie because the weight of her orgasm shut off all her higher functions and reduced her to a quivering wreck.
  624. >After those three, agonizing minutes of nothing but heavy breathing Lincoln couldn't help but give out a chuckle.
  625. "Wow. Heh, that was, uh...well that was something else."
  626. "Heglblergledur."
  627. "What?"
  628. >Lincoln grabbed Brownie's head and angled it up off his chest so he could see her face.
  629. >Eyes crossed, tongue sticking out of a goofy smile, skin flushed bright red and covered in sweat, Brownie muttered out another round of gibberish and collapsed back on Lincoln's chest.
  630. >Lincoln laughed and wrapped her up in his arms, she wasn't going anywhere for a while.
  631. "WHAT THE HELL'S GOING ON IN HERE!"
  632. >Both Lincoln and Brownie leapt out of their seat and onto the floor where the poor girl scrambled in her post-orgasmic haze to find her shirt.
  633. "WE'VE BEEN GETTING NOISE COMPLAINTS, WHO'S IN HERE?"
  634. >As the theater minion made his rounds throughout the seats the two naughty preteens made their getaway, slipping out the other side and running out the theater past bemused workers and other shocked patrons.
  635. >Once outside Brownie and Lincoln made their way to the side of the theater and tried to make themselves presentable, putting on their shirts and trying to steal as many glances as possible.
  636. >As they dressed themselves Lincoln pondered the recent events, he and Brownie didn't even really know each other that well and they had just taken a big step, what did this mean for them, would things get awkward between them now?
  637. >Lincoln's concerns were dismissed entirely when he felt Brownie wrap an arm around his head and bring him in for a kiss on the cheek.
  638. "I had a lot of fun Linc," she whispered into his ear and Lincoln shivered.
  639. >He leaned into her hug and wrapped his arms around her, returning the favor with a kiss of his own.
  640. “Me too Brownie.”
  641. >The two kids held each other tight and stared into the other's eyes...and laughed, breaking apart and doubling over as a serious case of the giggles overtook them.
  642. "Oh man," Lincoln wheezed, "that guy was so mad!"
  643. "I know! He was all, 'We got a fun complaint in here, better put a stop to it, can't have fun here no sir!" Brownie sniggered, wiping the tears from her eyes.
  644. >The two chuckled and just looked at each other with the biggest grins on their faces.
  645. "Sorry we missed the movie though Linc, I know you wanted to see it."
  646. >Lincoln waved it off with a pshaw and rubbed the back of his head.
  647. "No biggie, had more fun with you anyway."
  648. >Brownie bit her bottom lip and her eyes went half-lidded.
  649. "Yeah, I could tell."
  650. >Lincoln didn't really know how to respond to that so he just shrugged and let out another laugh. He didn't regret anything, and he didn't really feel awkward around Brownie, but what were they supposed to do now? What was there to talk about?
  651. "I should probably text my mom to come pick us up-"
  652. "Nina."
  653. >Lincoln blinked and looked at Brownie who was now looking off to the side with a sheepish expression.
  654. "Huh?"
  655. >His date sighed and looked him in the eyes.
  656. "That's my name. Nina. Nina Homendollar." She cocked and eyebrow and gave Linc a grin. "You didn't think my parents actually named me Brownie did you?"
  657. >Seeing as how they had a classmate literally named Cookie, Lincoln kinda did but he decided not to mention this.
  658. "Oh, okay, so why...
  659. "'Cause I'm brown."
  660. "Well I wouldn't say for certain that's why-
  661. It's fine Lincoln, that stuff doesn't bother me. And at least I guess that's how it started." Brownie let out another sigh and rubbed the back of her head. "It was this stupid nickname that started in kindergarten and it just stuck, and I didn't really do anything about because I guess it's kinda cute and I already think my real name is stupid anyway. Nina isn't even short for anything and I'm not even Spanish or anything so I don't know why my parents-"
  662. "I like your name, I think it's cute."
  663. >Wind taken out of her sails Brownie stopped and looked at the bashful boy in front of her, nervous as all hell but still trying his best to give her a reassuring grin.
  664. >She just laughed and walked up to him, wrapping him up in a full frontal hug he graciously returned.
  665. "Call me Brownie when we're in school, I don't care. But when we're alone, call me Nina."
  666. >Lincoln suddenly pulled apart and looked her in the eyes.
  667. "What's your favorite color?"
  668. >Brownie blinked, then laughed.
  669. "Purple," she said, leaning over to kiss Lincoln on the nose.
  670. "Cool, mine's orange," he replied, returning the kiss.
  671. >And that's how they spent the next fifteen minutes, swapping facts and stories about each other with a plethora of pecks shared in between; each one content and safe in their arms as they laughed and talked outside the movie theater.
  672. >Their little revelry was cut short by a car horn and the kids turned to see a battered blue van waiting in front of them.
  673. >The window rolled down and Lincoln could see the faces of both his parents grinning at them with impudent smirks stretching from ear to ear.
  674. "We interrupting anything?" Momma Loud asked.
  675. >The kids tittered and sputtered as the adults laughed and the two tykes piled into the car.
  676. >The car ride to Brownie's place wasn't nearly as exciting as the date, but she did get to meet Papa Loud who was indeed the same man unconscious on their sofa earlier.
  677. >The man was clearly embarrassed about missing her introduction but she cut him some slack and she got to know him and Rita a little better on the drive, that Mrs. Loud herself was an aspiring author was quite exciting in Brownie's mind and the stories Lynn Loud Sr. had of Lincoln's youth proved most entertaining to her boyfriend's chagrin.
  678. >Boyfriend.
  679. >Oh wow, that felt nice to say.
  680. >Brownie and Lincoln held hands the entire ride and the Loud parents cast each other proud glances every time they noticed the two kids give each other bashful grins.
  681. >Before too long the van sputtered to a stop in front of a small house in a well-kept neighborhood.
  682. >The house wasn't nearly as big as the Loud's abode, but it was strange in its own way, brightly painted with a kaleidoscope of colors that even at night stood out in a garish array.
  683. >Lincoln briefly recalled in his earlier conversations with Brownie that she called her parents "eccentric", but wouldn't elaborate.
  684. >He had an inkling why now.
  685. >The girl laughed at the Loud parents appraisal of her parent's decorating style and thanked them for driving her before getting out of the van.
  686. >Lincoln hopped out to and they stood on the walkway together.
  687. "Should I go in with you, y'know, meet your parents and all?"
  688. >Brownie looked back at the house, shrugged, and turned back to her new beau with a somewhat abashed expression.
  689. "Nah, they're probably asleep, we'll save that for our next date."
  690. >Lincoln blinked once, twice, then his face broke out into the biggest grin he had ever felt.
  691. >Brownie giggled at his enthusiasm and leaned over to give him a quick peck on the lips before turning on her heels and running to her house, waving at him from over her shoulder and shouting a good night.
  692. >Lincoln returned the sentiments and waited until she closed the door before turning around and walking back towards the van, chest puffed out and head held high, a champion.
  693. >Lynn Loud Sr. proudly welcomed his son back in with a wolf-whistle and a wink.
  694. "Well now son, you sure worked some magic with that girl didn't you? I take it we'll be seeing her around the house more, eh?"
  695. >Lincoln squirmed in his seat red-faced before nodding.
  696. >Rita squeed in delight and clapped her hands.
  697. "Oh Lincoln you two are so cute together. Did you know she came over early today jut so she could introduce herself to your sisters, and they were all very impressed I might add. Young man you better treat this one nicely because she is a keeper, I'm telling you...Lincoln?"
  698. >The Loud parents turned around and to their amusement saw their only son passed out, with a great big smile on his face.
  699. "Little man's all tuckered out," Lynn chuckled.
  700. "He certainly is."
  701. >Lynn sighed with a small grin.
  702. "Our boy's growing up, he's going on dates now, meeting girls, soon he'll be getting out of the house more, going off on his own hobbies."
  703. "Y-yeah, I guess he will be."
  704. "Honey?"
  705. "He'll be going out with girls, leaving us alone."
  706. "Well I wouldn't say-
  707. "My baby boy's going to be a man soon, won't need his mommy anymore."
  708. "Rita we talked about this."
  709. >Any word in edgewise Lynn was hoping to get was soon cut off by his wife's keening and the man groaned as he tried to simultaneously calm his wife down and keep his eyes on the road.
  710. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  711. >The next day saw some new changes for Lincoln Loud.
  712. >All morning the young lad endured the taunts and teases of his plethora of sisters, each of them anxious to know how their only brother's date went and whether or not they'd be seeing any more of his little girlfriend.
  713. >Confirmation that there would indeed be another date sent them into a frenzy, luckily Lynn Sr. was prepared and had already equipped his new earmuffs.
  714. >Real shame about the decimated local songbird population though.
  715. >What Lincoln's sisters didn't know, and would never know, was just how well his date really went.
  716. >On some level Lincoln knew what he and Nina did was wrong, that it was something only grownups should do, but on the whole Lincoln didn't regret it one bit.
  717. >The two of them had shared something great together, something new and exciting and even a little scary but that was fine too, and Lincoln was glad they got to experience it together and with each other.
  718. >Didn't mean he was especially looking forward to school today, if not because of the nervous hole eating its way through his insides then because he knew he'd be facing another round of the 'Let's Laugh at Lincoln Game' today.
  719. >It confused him that all boys his age would talk about were how enticing girls found them but the second a girl actually did find one of them worth talking too he was ostracized and made fun of.
  720. >Lincoln chalked it up to another one of society's intricate quirks and decided to roll with it.
  721. >And sure enough upon entering the school building he was given the run around by just about everyone he met.
  722. >The popular guys like Chandler and his two little lackeys Wilkes and Brad would go up and congratulate him with smacks on the back and noogies, after all it was so amazing that a girl would ever find the time for little Lincoln Loud, must be a fluke in the system.
  723. >Though Lincoln noticed with some sense of satisfaction that even as Chandler teased him his eyes roved the hallway, Lucy was always watching after all and wherever the goth was Lynn was usually never far behind.
  724. >His jaw still hurt from the last time the jock caught him teasing Lincoln.
  725. >Chandler's cronies weren't the only ones to bust the poor boy's chops though, his own chums weren't light on the teasing though Clyde graciously gave his buddy some much needed moral support, after asking how the date went of course.
  726. >If there was one saving grace it was Nina, or Brownie as she went in public, he wasn't sure why she was so hung up about her name but he wasn't about to ask just yet.
  727. >All throughout class he could feel her eyes on him, and whenever he was sure the teacher wasn't watching he'd turn around to find her staring at him.
  728. >She'd blush and twist her hair in her fingers at being discovered, then she'd give a saucy little grin and blow him a kiss.
  729. >He'd catch it and make a heart with his hands, much to the amusement of everyone watching, not that either of the lovebirds seemed to care.
  730. >And if anyone tried to give Brownie shit throughout the day...well, let's just say the girl had her own circle of friends, one that had built up quite the reputation among the female student body as the girls one did not fuck with if one wanted their ass un-kicked.
  731. >So Lincoln endured the chuckles, the jibs and the jabs, the cat-calls and wolf-whistles, all the way to lunch period when he got his food and joined his so-called bros at their usual spot.
  732. >Lincoln sighed, fully aware that lunch was when the ribbing would fully start, and meandered over to his table, where lookie there his buddies were all lined up giving him the biggest shit-eating grins he'd ever seen since the Ronnie Anne incident.
  733. >Lincoln stood on the opposite side of all of them and plopped his tray on the table, sitting down with a huff and glaring at them.
  734. "Well? Let's get it over with. Gimme your worst."
  735. "Why Lincoln," Liam started, "pardner I ain't got the foggiest notion of what you's on about. We's jus here to give you some moral support is all."
  736. "Yeah, Linc," Rusty chimed in with a snort, "how about you tell us all about your little date."
  737. "D-did you hold her hand," Zach wheezed, seemingly genuinely interested in any potential skin contact, and all the boys scooted a few inches away from the little freak.
  738. >Even Clyde joined in this time with a question on whether or not they kissed.
  739. >And all the boys just chimed in with a loud 'Oooooooo.' at that.
  740. >Lincoln blushed and looked around to see that they did in fact have a small audience, their heads slightly turned and looking from the corners of their eyes as they kept themselves focused on any potential gossip.
  741. >Lincoln groaned and glowered at his assorted buddies.
  742. "Quit it guys! I don't care if you make fun of me but don't bring Brownie into this, I really like her and we had a fun date so just-
  743. "Hey Linc."
  744. >Lincoln's little spiel sputtered out and he whipped around to see an angel.
  745. >Well, okay, it was just Brownie, but c'mon the kid's smitten, cut him some slack.
  746. >The girl had her hands on her hips and a cocky grin on her face, she turned her head to other boys at the table and chuckled.
  747. "What you nerds up to?"
  748. >The response was the typical mishmash and assorted garbles of a few idiots caught doing something stupid by a pretty girl and it must've been entertaining because Brownie's smile didn't seem to be fading away any time soon.
  749. >Ensured that they weren't going to be saying anything stupid to her face Brownie turned her full and undivided attention to the only person of any real worth in the whole cafeteria as far as she was concerned.
  750. >The cinnamon vixen leaned down right into Lincoln's face and looked him in the eyes.
  751. "Hey cutie."
  752. "Hey Brownie."
  753. "So I was looking at you from my table over there and couldn't help but notice you seemed to be missing something."
  754. >Lincoln blinked, genuinely confused.
  755. "Really, what?"
  756. >Brownie's only response was to grab his beautiful white hair and angled up his head for an on the mouth smooch.
  757. >It only lasted a good five seconds, but that was more than enough to get everyone's attention.
  758. >Conversations stopped dead, plates were dropped, silverware clattered against tables, half-chewed food fell onto laps as spectators went slack-jawed, kids tripped over each other, the lunch lady reminisced of her own (many) failed relationships, Chandler cried inside knowing that even in this so-called era of progressiveness he would never be able to experience something like this with Brad so openly, and Lincoln's friends were effectively shut up as their eyes bugged outta their heads and their jaws hit the tables.
  759. >Lincoln and Brownie separated with a pop and just grinned at each other.
  760. "Oh that."
  761. >She giggled at his response and rubbed her nose against his.
  762. "Just a little something to hold you over until after school. Don't get in your family's van, we'll walk back to your place."
  763. >The boy nodded and she patted his head, turning around to walk back to her own cheering friends, with an entirely unsubtle sway of her hips.
  764. >Hate to see her go, but love to watch her leave.
  765. >Lincoln turned back to his friends and snorted when he saw their faces.
  766. >He picked up his sandwich and was just about to dig in when Rusty's wheezing caught his attention.
  767. "H-hey, uh, Linc. Y-you got a l-little something, o-on your...well on your," and he pointed to his mouth with a trembling finger.
  768. >Perplexed, Lincoln brought his thumb to his lips and looked at it to see it stained with something red.
  769. >Lipstick?
  770. >Lincoln licked his lips and smacked them, then he smiled.
  771. >Strawberries.
  772. {The End}
