Agreement

@everyone The next statement shall be an agreement written by @Jsonmarley#9752 that will promote @TurboFanny#8011 to leader of the brain gamers discord if he is able to agree and uphold the listed rules and regulations. ANY violation of these rules will result in the Permanent BAN of @TurboFanny#8011 . The list of rules and regulations is as follows:
1. @Jsonmarley#9752  shall ALWAYS maintain the highest rank within the brain gamers community, only below the authority of @TurboFanny#8011.
2. @TurboFanny#8011 or anyone else who has somehow managed to maintain a higher rank than @Jsonmarley#9752 must NEVER ban @Jsonmarley#9752 from the brain gamers community. If this rule is broken the individual who hath placed the ban upon @Jsonmarley#9752 shall face an immediate and everlasting BAN from the brain gamers server and community.
3. @everyone who participates in the trivia games of cash show must NEVER referrer to @Jsonmarley#9752 as a 'leech' even when it may seem extremely apparent that he is.
4. @TurboFanny#8011 MUST also promote @Jsonmarley#9752 (N1ckname_64) from co-leader of the clash of clans clan George to @TurboFanny#8011 current rank of leader. This promotion from co-leader to leader CANNOT be undone.
5. @TurboFanny#8011 will also be required to play a minimum of three games of any of the following trivia applications with @Jsonmarley#9752: Cash Show Australia, Cash Show France, Cash Show Germany, Cash Show United States and lastly HQ trivia (Hype Quiz Trivia). If neither @Jsonmarley#9752 or @TurboFanny#8011 win at least two of the required minimum of three than an additional two games shall be added onto that weeks previous minimum total. Failing to complete the additional two games before the week is completed will result in a 'Carry Over' which will see the incomplete games added onto the next weeks minimum of three trivia games. This Carry Over shall continue for the following four weeks. If @TurboFanny#8011 does not manage to complete or participate in the Carry Over games before the four week period @TurboFanny#8011 MUST participate in EVERY SINGLE trivia application with @Jsonmarley#9752 for the entirety of the following week.
6. Once @TurboFanny#8011 hath promoted (N1ckname_64) to leader of the George clan he will be required to make attempts at assisting the rebirth of the clan itself . The attempts must be serious and notable by the person he is trying to convince.
7. @TurboFanny#8011 must NEVER give away the newly found promotion of leader to any other individuals besides  @Jsonmarley#9752 and @hihi#9490. The distribution of the leader role to anyone other than the previously listed users will not only cause the immediate loss of leadership within the brain gamers community but also a demotion within the clash of clans clan of George.
8. @TurboFanny#8011 MUST utilise the brain gamers discord as his main discord for an entirety of 2 months. After the time hath expired he becomes a 'free-agent' and is allowed to utilise other discord servers as his main server. If  @TurboFanny#8011 is found by ANY brain gamer members utilising a different sever for more hours than the brain gamers server during his 2 month contract he will be given two days to prove his worthiness by remaining in the server for the entire two days.
9. @TurboFanny#8011 must also participate in the ongoing quest to bring brain gamers to its full glory. He must at least attempt to keep community members happy and maintain a positive relationship with every single member.
10.@TurboFanny#8011 MUST also refrain from spamming the once delightful sounds of Pokemon music into his microphone whilst @Jsonmarley#9752 is also within the same voice channel as him. Failing to restrain himself from doing so shall result in the IMMEDIATE demotion to @Jsonmarley#9752 current rank and the promotion of @BANEBLADE#0413 to leader of the brain gamers server. Once @BANEBLADE#0413 this entire contract shall become invalid. If this is to occur than @TurboFanny#8011 is allowed to attempt at bargaining with the newly promoted leader with the aim of gaining back leader. If  @TurboFanny#8011 successful in his attempts at gaining the rank of leader from @BANEBLADE#0413 than an entire agreement must be formed again with the exception of @BANEBLADE#0413 participation with the writing of a new agreement
11.@TurboFanny#8011 will also be required to mention the following phrase before leaving every single voice channel: "Oh Micky your so fine, yeet". If anyone within the brain gamers community notices @TurboFanny#8011 has not completed this phrase before exiting a voice call he will face the wrath of @BANEBLADE#0413 undisputed, undefeated and undeterred intellect.
12.@TurboFanny#8011 MUST ALWAYS greet @Jsonmarley#9752 in both the physical world and the virtual world with the following phrase: "Greetings, I jack Marley hath really missed your humour and explosiveness on the court"

Final remarks:
This document may never be altered and is under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE

For @TurboFanny#8011 to once again gain total ownership of the brain gamers server he must convey is approval and agreement of the contract with the following phrase within the chat: "I Jack Marley agree to everything mentioned within the contract and will uphold everything mention otherwise will face the punishments mentioned." followed by a screenshot by @Jsonmarley#9752 which shall be put forward as evidence if @TurboFanny#8011 try's to remove this agreement from the brain gamers server.
