  1. What your team does, What goals your team had leading up to and at HackRU, What you've accomplished, What you could do better, What went wrong for your team at HackRU, How can others help, and How to improve the team for next semester.
  2.
  3. The HX team managed the help desk, the mentors (duh) and the HX volunteers (hacker community reps).
  4. - We got everyone to do at least two 4-hour shifts and wrote a guide defining their responsibilities: https://goo.gl/amOr6M
  5.
  6. - Based on the exit survey responses, everyone seemed to directly help 5-10 teams and indirectly probably more.
  7. - We had about 13 people on each team, so there was a tangible impact on the hackers.
  8. - We went around ensuring people were doing their job and helping teams ourselves as well.
  9. - The survey responses suggested raising awareness (but they didn't show up early which is when we did raise awareness), having night shifts last 2 hours (interesting) and general coordination.
  10. - What went wrong was that a lot of ppl came up to us for homework help, and David is nice so he helped a lot of ppl with HW.
  11. - Also, mentor skills weren't recorded and spread out over shifts, though it is objectively logistically tough to do that, esp w/ limited resources.
  12. - Besides that it ran smoothly.
  13. - Only way to help would be to get more ppl involved and raising awareness
  14. - this was the first time and we already had this much outreach, imagine possibilities
