Pantheon guide by nerd:

Holobore:
Useful for idle. Can also be switched in for a garden combo(or a click combo if the setup allows for you to do so without taking away effective combo time) for slight benefit.

Vomitrax:
Not very useful, but can be used in niche situations.

Godzamok:
Very strong for active play, upwards of 30x multiplier for click combos. Can also be swapped for something else after selling, say Mokalsium. (info on usage at the end of the guide)

Cyclius:
Can be used effectively in jade from ~1-11am UTC

Selebrak:
Useful for getting the seasonal drops. The gc spawn time boost and cps boost also make this god usable in jade for active play when there is no better option available.

Dotjeiess:
Useful before you've ascended. Can also be slotted in when it would allow you to get to the next upgrade/achievement for x of a building.

Muridal:
Useful for click combos.

Jeremy:
Useful for idle. Can also be used for garden combos.

Mokalsium:
Useful in almost any situation. Can give almost a 3x boost to cps with enough milk and kittens.

Skruuia:
Can be slotted in when popping wrinklers, also usable for farming seasonal drops or getting the pop x wrinklers achievements.

Rigidel:
Can be slotted in an hour before the lump would ripen to get the full boost to growth times.

Setups:

First ascension:
Active: Godzamok Muridal Dotjeiess
Idle: Holobore/Skruuia Jeremy Mokalsium   //Swap Skruuia in when popping wrinklers

After first ascension:
Idle: Mokalsium/Skruuia Holobore Jeremy  //Swap Skruuia in when popping wrinklers

Garden combos:
Simple: Mokalsium Jeremy Selebrak/Cyclius
Switching Holobore: Mokalsium Selebrak/Vomitrax/Nothing Jeremy/Cyclius => Mokalsium Holobore Jeremy/Cyclius
//Swap happens after clicking all golden/wrath cookies

Click combos:
Simple: Godzamok Mokalsium Muridal
Switching Mokalsium: Godzamok Muridal Selebrak/Jeremy/Cyclius => Mokalsium Muridal Selebrak/Jeremy/Cyclius
//Swap happens after selling to godzamok
Switching Mokalsium and Holobore: Godzamok Selebrak/Vomitrax/Nothing Muridal => Godzamok Holobore Muridal => Mokalsium Holobore Muridal

If wanted, swap Rigidel in an hour before the lump is ripe for any of these setups
Idle = not clicking almost any golden cookies
Garden combos are useful mostly in endgame
Don't use the Switching setups until progress slows down enough that using swaps like that isn't much of a problem

How should I use godzamok?:
Sell all buildings that produce almost no cps (including their synergies), but are still numerous enough to be worth it. Note that temples shouldn't be sold if planning to swap something in afterwards, and selling wizard towers will put your magic low, so only do it if you're fine with that. The set of buildings worth selling starts with something like Cursors - Temples except Grandmas, and the final set of buildings worth selling at endgame is Farms - Antimatter condensers except for Time machines (and temples if you're doing a Mokalsium switch)
