Wake up Kelsey

CovetCovet : Kelsey was sitting in the back booth kind of slumped up in the corner rubbing her head. She was Flying out tonight on a Red Eye to go to Chicago so she would be bright eyed for the morning show. She had her suitcase with her next to the booth. Connor was sitting across from her playing on his learning tablet thing while munching on french fries. Kels looked wiped. the make up helped a little bit, but she was so tired from everything this week already.
Alexithymiaa: -Brad stepped out of the bathroom, wiping his hands on the legs of his pants as he turned to head back to their booth. He dropped down next to Kelsey in the booth, looking over what was on the table. "I'm still hungry."-
Covet: Kelsey looked over at him with a yawn, setting her phone down after seeing the last message from Evan. "Then get something more to eat? Maybe Connor will share his chicken strips with you, he's only eating his fries, and his fruit cup. "
Alexithymiaa: -Brad instantly looked over at Connor's plate, eyeing the chicken strips. He tried to slowly reach over and take one as he spoke. "You don't mind if I have some, right Little Man?" // Evan walked into the cafe with one of the random textbooks he found in Brad's room in his hand, the little bag of coke stuffed between random pages. Spotting the group in the corner, he walked over with a smile. "Hey. How are y'all doing?"-
Covet: Connor looked over at Brad and shook his head, "Nope, I don't want them I'm good with my fries and my fruit. You can have them." He said going back to his educational game. // Kelsey smiled at him and leaned her head back looking at her phone to check the time, still a couple of hours before she needed to head to the airport. Looking at Brad, she gave him a light nudge, "If you need anything while I'm gone, Holly said don't hesitate to give her a call." When she heard Evan's voice her eyes shot open, "Evan, Hi... struggling to stay awake, but thank God I can sleep on the plane. Oh good you got the text book. Thank you so much." She said going to lean over so she could put it into her bag that was more or less her carry on.
Alexithymiaa: -Brad snatched the chicken off Connor's plate and started to munch on it, looking up at Evan. "Oh. Hey. We're uhh... we're good." He said before looking at Kelsey. "We'll be fine. Don't even worry about it." // Evan passed Kelsey the book with a nod. "No problem. And before you know it you'll be back home and you can relax."-
Covet: "I didn't want to make a trip back to the dorms so I asked Evan if he was around." Kelsey said looking over at Brad. "I'm going to do some homework on the flight back tomorrow." She said with a tired smile. // Connor was doing his game thing, then looked up, "When are you going to be Home Momma?" // "Hopefully before you get out of class." She told him with a smile, then pulled up her phone again, sending a quick message off to Evan.
Alexithymiaa: "Makes sense." Brad said with a nod as he polished off the chicken strip he'd been holding. He looked over at Evan again. "Can you bring us pizza tomorrow afternoon when you get out of class?" // Evan felt his phone vibrate in his pocket, pulling it out to read Kelsey's message. "Yeah sure, the usual?" He asked blindly as he replied.-
Covet: "Yay! Pizza!" Connor said excitedly. "Thanks Evan." // Kelsey kept her phone up for a second longer to see Evan's response before putting it away, giving him a soft smile. "Don't let them make you into your personal slave Evan." Kelsey said with a laugh. Bitch...wtf did you just have him do....
Alexithymiaa: "Right?" He asked Connor with a laugh, stealing another chicken strip off his plate. "We like when Momma has work to do because we get to hangout just the guys." He boasted, sticking his chest out. // "It's fine, he pays me enough to pick up a pizza on my way over there anyway." He said with a laugh, sweeping his hand back through his hair. "I'm going to head home though, if y'all don't need anything else?"-
Covet: "I think we're good. Thank you again Evan, You're a life saver." She told him giving him a wave./"Yep we do. We watch a lot of cartoons. Drink rootbeer and eat pizza. Like real guys." Connor said then wave at Evan, "Bye!}
Covet: *"
Alexithymiaa: "Exactly. Real guys." Brad repeated before waving a hand at Evan. "Yeah, see you tomorrow." He said with a grin before turning back to Connor. "What if we break out that really cool racing game we played last time?" // Evan waved before making his way out of the cafe.-
Covet: Kelsey laughed at the two of them shaking her head "Oh my boys." She said with a yawn then stretched again, " Time is going so slowly, I just want to kick the seat back and sleep already." // Connor looked at Brad all excited like. "CAN WE! That was fun!"
Alexithymiaa: "Of course we can. I'll get it all set up on the big living room tv, too." He said just as excited as the five year old. "If you want to take a nap right now, I can watch the clock and wake you when it's time to leave for the airport?" Brad asked her, reaching a greasy hand out to rub her arm.-
Covet: "No no, it's fine. I want to spend what time I have with you guys. I'll be fine." She said with another yawn. // Connor looked at Brad, "Are we gonna turn off the lights again too and can we set up the cushions to be like our cars again?"
Alexithymiaa: "Of course we're going to do that. What kind of dad would I be if I didnt do that to make the best racing experience ever?" He asked with a laugh, sliding his arm around Kelsey's shoulders and pulling her into him so he could force her head down onto his shoulder. "Just relax."-
Covet: Kelsey leaned her head over onto his shoulder with another yawn, smiling at the interaction between Brad and Connor. "You guys are my favorite guys, you know that." // Connor looked at Kelsey, "Yeah, you tell us a lot."
Alexithymiaa: "Of course we know that. Although... realistically who else would be your favorite guys? We're the only guys." He laughed, giving her head a gentle rub.-
