other crash

Had that exact same one at the same place (camera pans to guy at the urinal, crash) and eventually got past it, only for it to freeze in another part of the same cutscene some ten seconds later. Lots and lots of re-trying and things like turning all graphics setting to low and I eventually got through it. Now I have another freeze I can't get past, that I think is right at the very *very* end - I think it's the final scene of the ending I chose. Whenever the scene changes from the room I was in to the room I'm entering, it loads up some visual effect, and I crash. I saw the visual effect the first time then it crashed after a second, and now I don't even get that far, it goes to a black transition then crashes.
