-In the last chapter the gang defeated Zanark, so El Dorado sends out their nefarious scientist, Schemer Guile, and his team, Perfect Cascade, to defeat the Raimon gang. Perfect Cascade all possess the man-made Stand, Man-Made Horror Plasma Shadow, in various forms.
-Grandpa Evans decides the gang needs dinosaurs for his fantasy football team, the Ultimate Eleven, so they go to Okinawa to pick up a dinosaur fossil from the school Arion visited at the start of the game. This is an entire field area that you visit for one plot beat.
-The gang time travel to the Cretaceous period.
-The gang are attacked by dinosaurs, but then an inexplicable caveboy named Sor appears and saves the day and becomes their friend.
-The player travels across the Cretaceous landscape, meeting various dinosaurs and requesting their help for traversing the place while JP nerds out about dinosaurs.
-The gang visit Sor's home, where it turns out he's the only human he's ever seen and he has a quetzalcoatlus for a dad. The dad's name is Pa.
-Sor suggests that the strongest dinosaur in the area is Boss, who lives in Big Beast Valley, so the player heads there.
-A team of troodons have been mind-controlled by Perfect Cascade to attack the team. You engage them in a football battle. There are unique mechanics for fighting dinosaurs in football.
-Sor thinks football seems awesome so he immediately joins the team as a new player.
-When you get to Boss, who is a giant T-Rex... I think, she's been wounded by Spike, an evil triceratops who wants to take over her position as the strongest around. You play against Spike's lackeys, a bunch of dinosaurs, and Sor immediately unlocks his Stand, Prehistoric Chieftan Jagwarrior.
-Boss dies. Her son, Big, a baby boy, is very sad about it, but Boss wants him to live proudly. Big comes along with the gang.
-On the way back to Sor's home, Perfect Cascade show up and plot-smash the gang in a five-a-side match. Before they can mind control the gang after the loss, they get teleported back to Sor's home by Dr. Cryptix, the time travel scientist.
-Dr. Cryptix explains that Sor is actually a baby from the future. He can talk because his time capsule had language programs in it, and that's also how he's alive. He got lost in an accident or something.
-Fei Rune, boy from the future, bonds with Big over the loss of their parents. Fei has a tragic backstory where his father abandoned him and left him with a bunny plushie, which Fei hates for reminding him of that. All Fei had in his life was football. Arion doesn't really know what to say when he overhears this.
-Sor's Pa rustles up some other dinosaurs to train the gang for an upcoming match with Perfect Cascade. During this match, Goldie unlocks her Stand, Sorceress of the Dawn, Amaterasu, just kind of because she wants to.
-The night before the match, Goldie tells Fei that she knows he has a Stand, and that he should really use it. It turns out Fei doesn't use his Stand, Light-Speed Knight Sir Rabby, because it looks a lot like the plushie his father left him. Fei is very confused about how Goldie knows that. They haven't explained why yet.
-Perfect Cascade terraform a match field at Big Beast Valley for the boss of the chapter.
-Game begins. Team leader Ar Ecks forcibly scores a goal before the player has the chance to fight back.
-During the first half, Fei decides he needs to protect what's important to him, and summons Sir Rabby, immediately 'armorfying' it (wearing it as armor, it has different applications). Additionally, Clark von Wunderbar, the animatronic teddy bear who runs the mixing technology, Miximaxes Sor and Pa to give Sor his father's powers in the match, forming the seventh member of the Ultimate Eleven.
-The first half ends and Ar Ecks calls in a mind-controlled Spike to disrupt the game. However, Big finds it in him to summon his mother's spirit and fight back against the much larger Spike. Fei is inspired by this and Clark miximaxes Fei and Big, granting Fei the dino powers and forming the eighth member of the Ultimate Eleven.
-As the second half starts, Ar Ecks scores another enforced goal after Armorfying his artificial stand, Man-Made Horror Plasma Shadow SH Omega. Sol Daystar, one of Raimon's forwards, is inspired by all of this new progress in return, and develops the ability to Armorfy his Stand, Sun Deity Apollo. Using this power, he ties up the game.
-In the future, the Hyper-Evolved Children launch an attack on El Dorado, and Perfect Cascade is called back, causing the game to end early at a tied 2-2. The Cretaceous Era is saved!
-Dr. Cryptix finds Sor's future parents, but Sor declines to come back, saying that his home is here with his Pa. That said, he absolutely wants to come along with the team to play some more football, so he joins the party.
-Fei and Big have a heartfelt goodbye.
-The Hyper-Evolved Children, led by Simeon Ayp, arrive at the government building of El Dorado with a proposition for how they can 'all coexist'.
