Custom Enchantments:

- Wither I
  - Gives poison effect for 3 seconds/hit

   * Only accessible on Swords
   * Cannot be combined with Fire Aspect
   * 5% chance - enchant 30
- Tear I
  - Breaks armor 5% faster

   * Only accessible on Swords
   * Cannot be combined with Knockback
   * 4% chance - enchant 30
   * Configurable amount of percent it damages armor more

- Storm I
  - 5% chance to shoot a lightning where the arrow ended (most likely a player).

   * Only accessible on Bows
   * When this happens the arrow should have a blue particle effect
   * 15% chance - enchant 30
   * Configurable percent

- Speed I
  - Gives Speed 1 constantly when wearing.

   * Only accessible on Boots
   * 10% chance - enchant 30

- Natural Gift I
  - Gives 15% chance that your attacker hits himself also

   * Only accessible on Chestplates
   * 10% chance - enchant 30
   * Configurable amount of chance
