  14. Vowels- limited to monopthongs (official examples listed below)- are chosen however one likes and placed after each digit (the last digit may have no vowel after if preferred) (no need to infer; just make any monopthongal sound you like there).

  16. R-coloring is allowed (but not compulsory) before a 0. Dropping a vowel sound when phonetically feasible (e.g. <43> [fθ], which at least I can make relatively easily) is permitted, but discouraged.
