Firstly, your terrain.
I like it! You have some nice variation in the layers, and a nice palette. Keeping it grass is a nice touch, and adding pathways to the different places creates a nice atmosphere! I also like the little details, like the buttons, and the flowers! This looks really nice :3 I'm also really loving the wheat patch!

Secondly, organics. Your trees are okay, however they could use some more levels for the roots - by this I mean don't have them all at the same height where they start, make it a little more random down there. Also, I can see where you've placed the leaves from the circle you went from. It would be so much easier if you made some branches, and then used a brush with a high air percentage! Remember you have access to world edit now :3

Lastly, structure. You have a really nice placement of your structures. You've created a nice sense of atmosphere with them, but some of them need way more detail and depth. All your walls have no depth - start with a frame on the outside, using the logs on one layer out from the walls:

Then begin to detail, with stairs/slabs/trapdoors etc.
I'd also suggest making your roof out of full blocks instead of slabs - try a coloured clay/wool block for the roof instead! :3
