  4. Video games and other contraband
  5. A reminder to all active personnel, the organization wide ban on electronic entertainment (IE video games) remains in effect. All computers and mobile phones are to be used for work related activities only. Furthermore anyone who violates this ban will be subject to no less than 15 lashes in addition to 1 week of fasting. Those who are caught with any of the “Assassins Creed” titles will be hung from the neck until dead, this title is nothing more than Illuminati propaganda designed to smear the name of our grate order and sew discontent among the devout.

  9. Cooperating with Third Sunday
  10. Lord Worth,
  11. Mrs. Engel recently informed me that Third Sunday Operations has several assets that are extremely valuable to our ongoing research efforts. She has also informed me that as a condition of allowing us access to these assets we are to provide you with access to our most advanced facilities and full tactical support to your agents. She did this against the wishes of the board of directors and 47% of our share holders, apparently Lord Comstock (your leader) and Mrs. Engel were “intimate” and she feels that our two organizations have much to offer one another. I would like to make it clear though, that I am assisting your organization because I am obligated to, not because I approve of your organizations philosophy. I am aware of your organizations past as well as your lord commander’s extensive and controversial history as Templar Grand Master. I find these past actions morally reprehensible and while I will not undermine your organization, I will assist you only as order by Mrs. Engel.

  15. RE: Cooperating with Third Sunday
  16. Mr. Wright,
  17. The objections of Orochi’s leadership will evaporate as soon as they see the return on their investment. As to your own concerns, we do not care about your “moral” objections (though they have been noted.) I will tell you what I told your ancestors, you are safe as long as you do what you’re told. If you have further concerns please contact Mrs. Eberstark as I am a busy man.

  44. Seraphim initiative and Wakefield status
  45. Lord Worth,
  46. I have completed my progress report and we can now safely conclude that rejection rates are directly correlated with the volunteer’s age. The younger the subject the less likely the subject is to reject the genetic material, based on the data it looks like the optimal age for the procedure is between ages 6 and 12. Please be aware though this figure is based on our current test subjects (the youngest of which was 19) and the incomplete data from the Pickman tests.
  47. Our tests with Ak’ab have been tremendously successful but I believe that the Seraphim initiative can go further. If you could speak with the Lord Commander about allowing me to take some samples from the guardian, I believe we may be able to activate even more of the second age genes and unlock abilities that have previously only been observed in the heart of the hell dimensions.
  48. As to the other project that you have charge me with, Mr. Wakefield is a viable candidate for the Chronos project. However I must warn you that this technology has never been tested on humans and based on all available data, there is a high probability of violent psychosis in higher order primates (this is generally not something you want coupled with an advanced weapons platform.) Before we can proceed we need either you or Lord Comstock to sign our NDA and our liability release. It would also help if Mr. Wakefield's next of kin signed a release as well.
  49. Respectfully
  50. Dr. Helen West
  51. PS: There are several matters which I need to speak with Lord Comstock about personally, is there a phone number where he can be reached?

  54. RE: Seraphim initiative and Wakefield status
  55. Thank you Dr. West,
  56. I will review the rest of the report later. As to the age problem, please remember that younger subjects are harder to come by. As such I would like you to run a preliminary trial with one of our Syrian guest to make sure your hypothesis is correct before we go about gathering more test subjects. I have received and signed your forms, except for his families release, Mr. Wakefield did not have any next of kin but I have a stamp of his signature around here somewhere, so that particular form will be delayed by day or two. As to speaking with the lord commander, you may do so briefly at our morning meeting, assuming you follow proper decorum (please ware a skirt to the next meeting not pants). Otherwise he will contact you, if he requires something.

  66. You will receive your payment when our lab verifies that you have given us a viable blood sample. In the future please use proper spelling and grammar in our correspondence and reframe from referring to the sample source as a “cunt” plug.

  70. Supplementing agent numbers
  71. Lord Worth,
  72. I have finished my assessment of your forces and while all of your agents are highly disciplined and trained to an all most preternatural level, Third Sunday Operations is significantly less capable then either the Council of Venice or the main force of the Templar. This is primarily due to the size of your organization, at last count you had 616 active agents, 150 scientist/lab techs, 75 on staff engineers (these are often supplemented with on site contractors a major security risk,) 100 administrators and 200 base security personnel for a total of 1141. This about 1/10th of the New Templar forces and 1/5th of the council’s envoys, you could easily subdue some of the smaller societies but for the kind of confrontation you are planning you are significantly understaffed.
  73. I have also gone over your records and it appears you are aware of this weakness and have tried to compensate for it in the past, but as Mr. Wakefield said in his last report, Third Sunday Operations has an “image” problem, which has made recruiting agents and staff difficult. After speaking with Lord Comstock about the problem (Orochi will be billing your organization for my Ipad) rather than try and rehabilitate the organizations image I feel you should supplement existing forces with the results of the Seraphim initiative. Based on my current analyses using the Pickman data, a single augmented soldier could increase your organizations capabilities by the same amount as 100 normal recruits. I have also spoken with Dr. West about this possibility and she has informed me about the age problem with the augmentation procedure. I don’t know how you wish to handle this but if you can get about 140 augmented agents then you could easily stand against the full force of the templar.

  77. RE: Supplementing agent numbers
  78. Thank you Mr. Wright,
  79. I agree our plans cannot move forward without the Seraphim initiative, I have sent a agent to investigate a possible source of subjects for the project. As soon as he returns with our information I will draw up a plan of attack and dispatch Ms. Yui and 150 of our best agents. In the mean time I would like to speak with you in person about your assessment of AEGIS and the potential location of its prototypes.
  80. A.Worth
