Later in that same book, Jesus feeds four thousand people with "seven loaves and some fishes". Is that passage literally correct? if your answer is no, then why should the passage you quoted be considered literally correct, especially since you have posted from a translation of a 400 year old translation from books which were 1000+ years old at the time, describing events that were 1,600 years old at the time.

It's worth noting, for instance, that the word "Jew" did not exist until long after the death of Jesus, a semantic argument which hinges on that word would be like an argument about dinosaurs which hinges on the word "airplane"
