Only 4 sides: GBR, GER, FRA, USSR

There are no mobile howitzers. There are no dedicated AT infantry.
Sides are completely different to what they are in 1944

Soviet units.
Features: lots of automatic infantry weapons, tanks are somewhat underarmored (upgrade fixes that)
There is a paradrop sortie
Start is not mobile, there is an HQ building (starting AA guns are not mobile either, storage is not mobile)

France
Shadow of the Great War: the French were hit severely, and as a result they have taken to defensive strategy.
Fortified base: HQ is a bunker, there are bunker upgrades for other buildings
Low morale: infantry HP is less than other sides
Slow but powerful: most tanks have considerably better armor than other side's, but lower speed

Tank classes: tanks are clearly divided into cruiser and infantry, with very different stats

Base is nothing like in 1944 - regular non-bunker structures only.
There are gliders (smaller than British one in 1944, but also cheaper)
There is a specialized sturmpioneer infantry squad, with flamer and demolition charges (like the commando has in 1944, but infantry here are not commandos)

Infantry weapons: like 1944, but MG34 and no AT.
