What is Randomized?

      Randomizes character stats.
      Randomizes tech power, mp, and requirements.
      Randomizes character palettes.
      Randomizes enemy stats.
      Randomizes shops.
      Randomizes equipment stats.
      Randomizes treasure.

What is Any% No Elixir Glitch?

Beat the game without using the Elixir Glitch to one-shot Lavos' final 2 forms. Other glitches (boss skips, de-equip glitch etc.) are allowed.

Since it's Any% I will try to beat the game when I have the sufficient gear/levels, which is likely around Mount Woe or the Ocean Palace segment.
