  1. Winter Spiced Old-fashioned:

  3. Ingredients
  4. 2 oz bourbon
  5. .5 oz winter spiced simple syrup*
  6. 2 dashes orange bitters
  7. 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  8. Brandied cherry
  9. Cinnamon stick
  10.  
  11. Instructions
  12. Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed brandied cherry. Toast end of cinnamon stick and add as garnish.

  14. *Simmer 1:1 simple syrup with 1 tsp: clove, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg

  21. 1 oz bourbon*
  22. 1 oz crème de cacao
  23. 1 oz half and half
  24. Dash of simple syrup
  25. Dash of salt

  28. Combine ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake vigorously, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

  36. 2 oz Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
  37. 1 oz fresh lime juice
  38. 1 oz agave nectar
  39. 2 oz no sugar added cranberry juice

  41. Instructions
  42. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a cranberry skewer. Pre-mix juices and agave to save time, the mix 1 part tequila to two parts sour mix.

  49. .5 oz Raspberry syrup
  50. 1.5 ox Chambord
  51. 3 oz extra ginger beer
  52. 3 ox champagne
  53. 3 drops ginger bitters

  55. Instructions
  56. Build in a cocktail flute and garnish with a frozen raspberry and blackberry
