  324. What's happening is your bank account is trying to send the money, but since your account doesn't have sufficient funds it keeps declining and retrying to send it.

  348. It's due to not knowing how. As you send a payment, it gives you an option for a payment method. Your default payment method must be your bank account, but you would need to switch it to your paypal balance.

  362. There are two types of payment which are also through F&F.

  364. 1> F&F eCheck being sent through your bank

  366. 2> F&F paypal balance being sent directly from your paypal balance.

  368. You sent yours through option 1 when you should have sent through option 2.
  369. You didn't have sufficient funds in your bank, so you shouldn't have done option 1.

  372. you are unable to require customers to purchase via friends and family if it is a good or a service, in this case it would be a service, so just so you know if someone like me were to have valid proof of this, your paypal account would be taken away, or you would not be able to receive payments, or some sort of punishment to your paypal account would be made.
