This ticket is in regards to ticket #71981.

I have changed my mind as to what I deem to be fair compensation for your mistake. I want my account back (Roetger RGA) or an RGA with similar accounts, including EXP and gear.

You have allowed this proven hacker (Refer to ticket #71711) to now have access to my personal information, including Name, address, phone, and email. The address where my children reside, nonetheless. I have no idea what this person is capable of and you handed him my life on a silver platter.

As if giving him an account that was not rightfully his to him, which pisses me off, you have put my life in jeopardy by violating my privacy and putting in his hands my personal information. Everything shy of my credit card information.

I will be seeking legal action if this case is not handled swiftly and appropriately. You have violated me and the Terms of Service of your own game and that of the Federal Communication Commission by giving this wanton stranger my personal information.

You have stolen from me by giving this account to him that I spent my personal money on and devote hours and days of my time to growing and bettering.

My contact number is 985-445-7180. I will have my phone next to me all day awaiting your call. I have left 2 messages at Rampid Billing already as that is the only contact number I have and I will continue to leave more throughout the day until this is resolved.

If it is not resolved by the close of business today, I will be contacting my lawyer, the Better Business Bureau, the FCC and the media about your company willingly releasing my private information into the hands of a hacker.

I will not sit idly by while my life and that of my family may be jeopardized due to your negligent actions in not only taking my account away from me, but giving it to this miscreant with my information on it.
