Nintendo VS #FreeMelee Evil VS Evil battle

I didn't have anything active to say about this subject to warrant a YouTube rant video, not when I'm already thrown off balance about my parents' house despite my clear efforts while having RoahmMythril's fanbase call me "self-pitying" for actually trying to do something about it, in a pandemic by the way, but I may as well chime in abut the #FreeMelee battle because of some subjects that the involvement of the Etika Joyconjobs brings about. Yes, you see why I am using the Etika Joyconjobs as the picture for the rant, and it's to call them the disgrace that they are.

Yes, BOTH sides are guilty, and I am going to explain why. I should first explain my stance, though, on extra-legal behavior, because I would rather make a point about the mental health treatment as well to punctuate where I'd be going with this. Now the obvious start is that I would be diagnosed with a mental disability, hence I would be a client at the disabilities daycare center I talked about. And while it's clear I'm smart enough, you're not saying the same about the clients, who can go as far on emotion as to be oblivious about the issue with flip over tables without consideration of who gets caught in the crossfire. The solution I have come up with for address this is basic: inspiration for them to be both more intelligent AND more moral, so that they could work with something more genuine than relying on patronizing from the staff.-

One idea I have had that I remembered about would be to put this to display with Kid Icarus Uprising. Kid Icarus Uprising, you may remember, has control issues that are blatant even before the bias against southpaws, and the skill-based Power system that turns the base Unconditional Flinching into a strength in the design, as well as having what else but Grid Reading to display the Power system being actually technical. The added bonus is that Kid Icarus Uprising is generally fast-paced enough as well, so that would be even more display that intelligence IS useful, and this would be within the same breath where I would be deliberately maining a weapon type with clear-cut weaknesses in a tale as old as time. This would be on top of me being primarily left-handed as can be corroborated by the guy I recently got to repair my 3DS when I signed his copy of the receipt if it would have been possible to find a good time.

Of course, I'm here to point out the innate flaw with the idea when it comes to Kid Icarus Uprising, and that is how Kid Icarus Uprising is decidely unfriendly against valid competitive play. Most of the maps aren't symmetrical, and the 2 that are, the Arenas, are overly big wide open areas that need to be banned for ANY degree of integrity. But that isn't the crippling aspect worth calling out, oh no. What is, is how the game bloats the power of weapon modifiers to the point of deserved infamy about rampant easybake 1HKOs, and will NOT give out base stat weapons so easily at all. You have to do stupid things like grind on Chapter 1 on a low difficulty to hope the game will be nice to give you the base stat weapons. This is where my stance comes in about extra-legal behavior: it becomes rendered a necessity by the people in charge being incompetently short-sighted. Here with Kid Icarus Uprising, the result is that the community that does provide valid competitive play has to resort to providing a save file for people to download. Interested players have to either resort to hacking, or put up with a frame perfect glitch for decent reliability.

This is where I am going after Nintendo first. I wish I could deconstruct the anarchists that is the #FreeMelee savages before Nintendo, but Nintendo had enabled them to begin with. Nintendo had supported these toxic people and bolstered their bullying gameplay rather than adding competent checks to it, as can be seen with Smash Bros. Ultimate aggravating the issues with things like projectile spam. Oh, I should just buy a Switch and see if I'm just going to suck at Smash Bros. Ultimate? I look at gameplay footage of Smash Ultimate. I see everybody ever dash spamming. I've seen enough. And good heavens do I dodge a bullet when I hear horror stories about the online, I see idiocy like Min Min abusing her Great Reach Attack Buster System to pull flowchart nobody in their right mind would deem balanced, and who could forget about the community being a case of Jerk With A Heart Of Jerk. This is who Nintendo chose to support, and it shows when they supported Chucklefish as well when THEY pulled similar tactics, and look how things went for THEM, now under fire from unpaid worker abuse allegations as well as asking women inappropriate questions for professional interviews.

Why would Nintendo allow this? I was able to witness why at the Switch show in San Francisco back in February 2017, which my mom had helped me go to by the way, bless her soul. The Switch show was recycled franchises out the rear, with the exception of ARMS, except that was just horrible to try to play. One thing I notice, though, was how SMUG the employees were to be "the best", rather than caring to show themselves legitimately understanding. That's the whole picture with the Switch show: a bloat of smugness that you can see would be within the stereotypes for BOTH genders of Asians, the B Grade haters and the beauty care fanatics alike. Of course, I'm here more to talk about the point I do want to bring up, that Nintendo's higher ups are egotistical. And what "better" way to have their egos sated than to appeal to the Lowest Common Demoninator, as had happened with Fire Emblem Awakening. After all, idiots will be impressed by anything, and exploiting that is NOT good for the long-term, especially when those same idiots will move onto the next big fad once that comes up, rather than caring about the idea of steadfast loyalty. But all Nintendo sees with their consumers is loaded wallets. Otherwise, Kid Icarus Uprising, which by the way came out a few years before Satoru Iwata died, would have better fine-tuned the Power sysem instead of relying on an advertisement campaign that introduced an exploitable glitch.

It goes to show that Nintendo wants to rule with an iron fist by shutting down whoever they want without consideration of any merits their targets could have, just to force their "creativity" down people's throats even when yes, it stops being creativity because it's forced. Of course, this is a case where they are Kicking The Acutally Mean Dog. The Smash community is still, as I complained about, toxic in its own right. It's been toxic for the longest time, actually, what with how they will tell you to "git gud", to put up or shut up, and if you speak up actively at all, they will call YOU the "cancer of Smash" without thinking it possibly ironic in their arrogance. Honestly, Nintendo should have dropped them like a bad habit long ago, not now when it only proves how Nintendo cares about nothing but convenience, which does NOTHING to support the underdog in the least.

The Smash community's arrogance particularly shows when they think they can just shove the Slippi mod down people's throats to where they will claim Nintendo is in the wrong to DMCA it. They don't care to talk to legal authority about this stuff. The story with the Sinking Lure in Ocarina of Time works for a reason: it's only legal if you talk about it with the owner, the authority on the place, a show that you would be willing to negotiate. Ask why something is a problem, THEN you can let your morality decide when you know about the problem to account for it and not trample over it. Obviously, the #FreeMelee group don't even care to do that. I actually have a reference point after my battles with that disabilities daycare center and its willingness to subscribe to stagnation.

That does bring me to why I would make this very video, namely the Etika Joyconjobs. Their mere existence is a disgrace. The idea of putting them through charities is a show of creating blood money. Etika is the same guy who tried to use his suicide to have himself buried at YouTube Headquarters with the phrase, and I quote complete with the vulgar language, "my bitch niggas." He's an exploitive disgrace to the dead, but what do I expect from an offensive stereotype aggravating his already high and mighty bragging against freaking AIs and then claiming that Nintendo was trying to censor him. Let me guess: he was popular precisely because he was an unrepentent scumbag, which is what already happened with Mangs.

The idea of Etika being a representative for charities for mental health is equally insulting. It's just making claims that people with disabilities are simply to be pitied, to be the pawns of a society that has proven time and again to be broken. Now things like Suicide Hotlines do exist for a reason, because compassion is important, but Etika doesn't get that excuse on count of his being popular enough. I can tell you he wouldn't have legitimate reason to have committed suicide, especially when I myself have a reference point of living a hellish life in this Democrat In Name Only state dealing with apathetic trash where NOBODY wants to help, with any attempts to provide allegedly as much only being made to preserve convenience, and I still would want to see the disabilities daycare center's clients improve with their intelligence, their pathway to choices, which would be beyond trying to indirectly protect some inevitably insistent White Mage who I would expect to be helpful anyway by having the clients' strengths be highlighted a LOT better than I probably could. Etika had problems alright, and those problems were him being immoral scum.

There's just no excuse for the Etika Joyconjobs, and they're just exploiting the idea of charities even if they would be genuine at doing that much. Not that Nintendo is much better when they indicate they're only hitting the Etika Joyconjobs to control distribution of their property in their own ugly power trips. And I'm also noting how the Splatoon community would stand for the #FreeMelee club, indicating they're not much better, but I can't say for sure just because I think Splatoon screams a VERY juvenile attempt to replace Kid Icarus Uprising. Oh, and yes, yawn, let me know when Splatoon has something as deep as KIU's Power System. Until then, I say let them be birds of a feather with the Smash community.

In closing, Nintendo AND the Smash community are both guilty of too much idiocy. And while this simple point fails enough to be news that I would be more focused on handling my parents' house being a potential arson target that trolls have blackmailed me over, the insults toward charities is what drives this over the edge.
