Hi Anthony. I am looking forward to your visit.  Here are a few notes about your stay (including how to access the apartment).

CHECK IN TIME:
Please let me know what time I might expect you to arrive.   4 PM is the regular check-in time, ​but when possible, we try to accommodate earlier check-in times.

If using Google Maps or Waze, you might be led through some windy roads in the Berkeley Hills. Not to worry. You're on the right track.

PARKING:
When you arrive, please park on the street.

We are on Olympus Avenue at Harding Circle (a cul de sac) so feel to park in the cul de sac. The only cautions are not to park between the two "resident parking" signs. They mark off our neighbors' front gate (and I guess people have blocked their gate in the past) and please do not block the driveway of the neighbor at the end of the cul de sac.

THE KEY:
As you walk down the driveway toward the front door of 1504 Olympus Avenue (our home), you will notice a white gate on your left-hand side. Enter through that gate. You'll notice the mailbox on your left as you enter the gate.  The lockbox with the key is attached to the gate under the mailbox.  The code for the lockbox is 8426. Make sure to slide/press the ‘Clear’ button before entering the code, both to open and to close/place back.

The front door to the unit will be the second door on your left.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well equipped.   Microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, stemware, etc. are all provided. Coffee maker and coffee are also included.

GARBAGE:
Our bins are in the enclosure near the street (left side of the driveway when facing towards the house). Note that there are three bins. Green bin is for compost only. Blue bin is for recycling, separated by paper/cardboard and plastic, glass, aluminum. These are labeled. Lastly, the dark grey bin is for trash/landfill.

CHECK OUT DAY:
Please let us know when you've checked out of the apartment and please return the key to the lockbox.  Check out time is noon.
