     2. life off cc, F3, land
     3. move rines into nat
     4. make bunker
     5. rally workers
     6. make academy
     7. make ebay

@100 gas = stim pack

@45ish make fac

@100 fac = take 2nd gas/build add on

45 = factory

@100 factory = take 2nd gas (leave one in gas)
