9. How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:
10. Same as a normal appeal, reading through it making sure the template is filled in, making sure the user doesn't include my name as "Doesn't want to handle", reviewing any evidence if provided and talking to everyone involved. After everything, I would post the outcome on the topic making sure that it's clear what will happen(ban lifted, shortened etc.)
11. Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
12. appropriately:
13. Moving people- there are a lot of reasons why you would move someone mostly into spacers. This should be mainly used for when the staff member wants to be in a private spacer and then has to move everyone to that spacer.
14. Joining spacers-mostly used when the staff members wants to be in a private space with a few, could be used to discuss rule breakers, handle situations or just get away from all the fuss
15. Setting server/channel groups-Is only useful if you are a lead team member that would be training someone or a team speak head admin creating a gang channel and giving the people gang owner.
16. Kicking from channel/Server- Used when someones breaks the terms of use, usually the first punishment they get after a verbal(so that staff ethos is enforced).
17. Banning- When someone doesn't stop after a verbal/kick from channel/server and they continue to break the terms of use they should be banned for a set amount of time.
18. Removing avatars- When someone has an avatar that is breaking the terms of use the avatar should be removed and the user talked to/punished for it.
19. What would I do differently with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
20. Handling team speak appeals isn't the only thing a team speak head admin has to do, handling situations involving team speak staff members is very important and also making sure the rules are being enforced by them as well. Training is something I'm good at doing and I obviously would train team speak staff members. As of now I tend to be a bit immature on spacers and that is because I want to make everyone welcome but from now on I will be more strict when it comes down to everything as well as being more mature.
21. EXTRA CREDIT: How much does Tyler sell client Icons for?:
22. 50 mil SSRP cash and Capt1n does 75m last time I asked
23. Why I should be chosen:
24. I am very active on team speak coming on every day and I have only run into a couple of issues that were easily solved with a talking to and I stopped doing it. I can be very mature when it comes down to it and I'm very experienced with handling situations on team speak. I am very helpful and try to respond to anyone that needs my help and/or pokes me as soon as possible.
