Welcome to the history where I'm so so stupid and my account was scammed by a one of the scumbags old clan mates.


I was moving to a new apartment  (where I had no Internet until yesterday) 3-4 weeks ago and K (The guy who steal my account) took advantage of this to take own of my account and.. make money from it.

K being one of the most high roles in the clan was used to sell GOLD (even raid runs..) by € to the clan members in one page where players sell game things (in game currency,keys,whatever)

K got a lot of sells in not much time, and started to sell more when random people saw that the price was low than others and he had a really nice puntuation from buyers, so he became fast a verified seller, that gives him now have a nice contact with one of the owners of that page even without having in the account  his real personal information.

K made a web page with other clan leaders for the clan, for raid calendar, clan events, that things and.. you know what?, I'm so so so so so so fcking Innocent to use the same email and password that I use in the game, that is the same password that I use in the email. (I'm not used to use the same password on all things, but this email is just for Bns, so I used the same password in the game.. and in that stupid page too for not forget it, but you're right, I'm so fucking stupid)

So this nice helper boy few days after I start moving of my old house, took own of my account checking the user data of the web page for.. steal my money and materials? NAH To sell my account to a random guy.

And yea, I didn't notice any of the email/password change or login verify, I even didn't get the notify in the phone, I'm 99% sure that is because he deleted that mails fast, I don't find them even if i search in the trash/Spam

For some reason he even deleted the mails that ncsoft send to you when you buy ncoins to verify the purchase , I didn't know it, now yes.
 (All the purchases was via paysafecard, mostly of the clan knew it because some times I bought some for clan mates where in their countries can't buy it)

So when I tried to connect to my account first time I just contacted to support and they answered me with this:

• List all possible emails that you would have used on the NC Account.
• What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
• Billing information: If activated using a credit/debit card, please provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used ONLY. If activated using PayPal, please provide the Transaction ID or the Invoice ID associated with the original activation purchase. If you have an Order ID number from a previous purchase on your NC Account, please provide that as well.
• Provide the location (City and Country) at the time of account creation.
"
So well, K would fucked me just in case that I didn't use another email before, because K would give even MORE information than me in case to prove who is the owner, because K had the Order ID numbers that ncsoft give to you the verify purchase emails that he deleted, the rest of questions can be easily answered by a clan mate.

But I used another email before the last one I used, that was my personal email address. I had there more purchase verify emails so I recover my account correctly but... when a friend give me the FAQs of the page where K sold my account says this basically this:

If you have lost the account because it was given back to the owner, make a ticket giving evidence of that.
(Just contact to the bladeandsoul support asking about the state of the account and that should be enough)

In the case that obviously you lose your account because his previous owner, we'll refund the money and we'll contact to the support of the game to share with them the information that prove  account was selled in our page and that is illegal to make they ban the account forever.

"

So, the random guy that bought my account from K the scumbag, literally can every moment try to enter in the account and see that he CANT, make a ticket to this trade page and easily ask to ncsoft what happened to the account and give enough evidence to ban my account forever, K will not lost the money, as much will make that his friend owner of that page talk with him a bit,  the buyer will get the money back and I'll lose my account.

So the only one that will lose is me.

I don't know what to do in this moment, If I contact to the support of blade and soul maybe they will instantly ban my account just for be sure, and if I wait in any moment the buyer would notice that the account is not in his own anymore.

K will not give the money back to the buyer and explain him all, he even kicked me and my friends that helped me of the clan fast as he notice that I knew all.
