  1. Lavinia Wolfsen's Court Case
  2. (very dark, non con, foot fetish, humiliation, BDSM, F/f, demotion fetish, slavery)
  3.
  4. Lavinia's lips were curled into her usual smirk as the jury announced her verdict.
  5. "In the case of the Charlotte Nevers versus Lavinia Wolfsen, we find that Lavinia's actions were justifiable considering the circumstances. Weighing Lavinia's promising future, and her contributions to society, we find her not guilty."
  6. Lavinia glanced triumphantly over to her accuser – silly, poor Charlotte Nevers whose sapphire blue eyes were now contorted in a look of despair. Her solicitor, in his shabby suit, tried to comfort her.
  7. "But – but she stabbed me with a knife, your honor!" Charlotte cried out, rising to her feet.
  8. "She has no regard for the safety of others – there's no way you can allow her to be a doctor!" the girl continued.
  9. The judge banged her gavel against the desk, and shot Charlotte a withering glare. The girl's solicitor did his best to restrain her, but it was of no use.
  10. "Silence, young lady!" the judge ordered, and a bailiff approached with a stun gun to emphasize this demand.
  11. Brilliant Lavinia observed the pacifying affect that the stun gun had on Charlotte, and made a mental note to pick one up as soon as possible. An extra strength one, if possible, perhaps better suited for taming a rhinoceros than an 18 year old slip of a girl. It might make her point well enough without risking another appearance before a judge.
  12. When Charlotte was properly quieted, the judge continued.
  13. "And has the jury reached a verdict for Miss Wolfsen's counter-suit against Charlotte Nevers for the crimes of libel, theft, and mayhem?"
  14. "We have, your honor."
  15. Charlotte put her head in her hands – this was a grievous miscarriage of justice. How could Lavinia sit there pleasantly while she accuse her of all these things? The 'libel' was her posting about the stabbing on her social media page, the 'theft' was preposterous, and the 'mayhem' was due to the noise she made after Lavinia had finished her assault! Six stitches now permanently decorated Charlotte's abdomen which she was now clutching in a defensive way.
  16. "We find that Charlotte Nevers has shown a continual and willful disregard for Lavinia's fragile mental health. She has acted as a stressor for Miss Wolfsen for some time – distracting her from her important studies -- and we find her guilty on all charges."
  17. Charlotte cringed inwardly.
  18. If only they knew what 'stressed' Lavinia! The flaxen-haired bitch required that the house be kept immaculate – all Charlotte's responsibility of course. And she was not permitted to use a vacuum due to the noise distracting Lavinia from her studies. Charlotte was doing Lavinia's laundry by hand (a washing machine also being too noisy, of course), cooking her meals, and even massaging her dainty feet when the girl came back from the gym, or from dancing, or as she would study! Lavinia became 'stressed' when Charlotte showed the least bit of hesitancy when ordered to do such things, and if Charlotte dared to refuse things became so much worse.
  19. Charlotte's side still ached from the kiss of the knife after she had refused to do the unthinkable, the rich girl having just stumbled home from the club at 3AM when Charlotte was trying to sleep.
  20. Lavinia savored every moment of Charlotte's dismay. The color rose in her cheeks as she imagined the future with this little brat more firmly under her control. She had needs, very dark needs, and Charlotte would be a perfect way for her to explore them. She couldn't wait to see the look on the little pixie's face when the judge sentenced her. A ruling Lavinia had bought and paid for, to no small cost.
  21. "Very well," the judge announced, "Throughout this trial we have seen that Lavinia Wolfsen, although a gifted academic, has certain considerations that must be met in order for her to continue her research."
  22. Lavinia grinned – she always loved being complimented.
  23. "I agree with Doctor Fitzsimmons's opinion that unless Lavinia resolves this episode with Charlotte, she will continue to revisit it and it will have a negative impact on her esteem and therefore her studies. In light of that, I sentence Charlotte Nevers to a five year suspended sentence, to be served in the home of Miss Wolfsen. During this time, Miss Wolfsen will act as Miss Nevers's guardian – she will be in charge of Charlotte's day-to-day activities. And Miss Nevers will assist Miss Wolfsen in any capacity that the young lady requires to atone for her crimes against the woman. Failure to live up to these terms will result in incarceration and conviction of all charges facing Miss Nevers."
  24. Charlotte groaned, and Lavinia beamed her beautiful smile. Charlotte would have preferred prison but for the stigma of having a conviction on her record. If she were sentenced properly, she could kiss any hope of having a nice job goodbye, and even renting an flat would be nearly impossible.
  25. "Take her away to be fitted with the house arrest equipment. Court dismissed." the judge declared.
  26. Powerful bailiffs grabbed each of Charlotte's arms at the biceps, and ushered her away with more force than was necessary – she wasn't even resisting. And two polite bailiffs helped Miss Wolfsen out of the room: one opened the little wooden gate separating the viewers from the participants, and another opened the large wooden door at the entrance to the courtroom. She didn't bother thanking them, and the click-clack of her $500 open-toed stilettos echoed across the hallway as she sashayed out of the building. As she waited for her Bentley to arrive, she glanced down at her toes to see her pink nail polish had chipped. Well, there was Charlotte's first job already!
  27. Meanwhile, Charlotte was manhandled into a sterile white room that filled the girl's heart with dread. She scanned the place with big blue eyes that once made her pretty but now gave her the look of a trapped animal. Soon a middle-aged female prison doctor arrived with a silver briefcase. She opened it to reveal a thick metal collar, about an inch wide, with a display screen built into the front of it.
  28. The doctor made a brief introduction, then began into her speech.
  29. "This collar is the height of sophistication," the doctor said, sounding a little bored, "it will measure your vital signs, and your position in the house to a very precise degree. Lavinia will be able to tell exactly where you are – even down to the position of your body – using a simple app on her phone."
  30. Charlotte winced, but the doctor didn't seem to notice or care. She continued, as she placed the loathsome thing around Charlotte's neck:
  31. "If you try to escape, or to hurt your governess, or tamper with it in any way, the collar will emit a tremendously painful shock that will all but shut your body down. I have never experienced it, but other prisoners describe it as a five-hour migraine combined with a week of the flu all condensed down to about fifteen seconds."
  32. The collar clicked around Charlotte's neck, tight enough that she would always be aware of its presence. It had an uncomfortable weight to it.
  33. "I recommend you don't make Lavinia mad," the doctor cautioned. "Each shock counts as a mark against you, and the parole board will consider this when they decide how you have served your sentence."
  34. The doctor had little else to say, but didn't leave yet.
  35. "Unfortunately, we must test if the collar is working properly. There have been incidents where it was malfunctioning, and prisoners were able to escape. This has the added effect of showing you how strong the shock wave really is."
  36. Charlotte shook her head in a pleading gesture, but it was for naught. The doctor pressed a button on a remote, and the blonde girl's body was alive with pain like she had never known before. It felt like she had jumped off a two story building onto still water, while a tremendous migraine cut into the back of her mind shutting down all rational thought. She collapsed onto the floor as all her muscles failed at once, unable to even writhe in agony as her body danced with unimaginable pain.
  37. Then it was over, and she could breathe again.
  38. The doctor made no apology, and just pressed a few buttons on her tablet.
  39. "Very well, you are prepped for your incarceration. Good luck," the doctor said, and left the poor teenage girl shivering in fear at the thought of the next 5 years.

  41. About Lavinia
  42. You have heard of the story of a 14 year old kid who made a nuclear reactor in his garage out of readily available materials? Lavinia's genius was pretty much on par with that. But while that kid desired to make the world a better place, Lavinia never had any compunctions in that direction. Her desires were a lot darker, pretty much the diametric opposite of his noble intents.
  43. Lavinia's claim to fame was that with chemicals available in her college lab, she had synthesized a new smart drug more powerful than Ritalin.
  44. She didn't even use amphetamines, which had long viewed as the gold standard of ADD treatment. That would have been enough to get her noticed, but her next step was inspired: rather than patenting it as a drug in her home country of the UK, she patented it in the US as a 'food supplement'! In this way, she could avoid the FDA's regulations on drugs, and instead face their lax regulations on supplements. The green and gold pill sold very well, and made her a considerable fortune that compounded neatly with the one she had been born with.
  45. The pills were addictive of course – incredibly so. Lavinia used a small portion of her money to fund 'independent' studies to the contrary, and to bury any legal challenger in motions to dismiss, continuations, and impossibly stringent requirements. One of her pleasures in life – the driving force, one could argue -- was making other people behave in ways that were more pleasing to her. She got a thrill out of seeing these well-meaning groups try and fail to challenge her little pill, and watched laughing as she saw their legal expenses mount. The greatest reward – and also the rarest – was when one of these watchdog groups had to fold because of their failed crusade against her.
  46. She would send the losers a whole shipment of her pills, with a saccharine note expressing her deepest sympathies and the hope that they would find jobs soon. If they liked, they could write her directly for more of the supplements and she would personally ensure that they never ran out. A few of them had done exactly that, and she insisted that they write the letter by hand.
  47. Her chemical and business acumen got her the attention of the highest-rated college in all of the UK and she was admitted to a program to become an MD. She bought a massive apartment in the city and spared no expense furnishing it out to her tastes.
  48. Then one day, she executed her plan to find a roommate. Lavinia had a specific idea in her head on how a roommate should behave: meek, submissive, totally in awe of her superior intellect. Another of Lavinia's core beliefs was that she was much too important to lower herself to things such as laundry, cooking, and other 'domestic' chores. Her mind was far too brilliant to fuss over washing knickers and polishing the marble floors she had spent so much money having installed. No, that was the domain of someone from a lower class – a girl (or boy, if he properly understood that her needs would always come first) to do her bidding. A servant responsible for everything pertaining to Lavinia – from the panties she wore to the floor her slender feet touched. A girl to live firmly and totally beneath Lavina's rule: who would cook her organic food, serve it to her, wash Lavinia's plate afterwards, clean the kitchen, then clean the bathroom when the food had run its course through Lavinia's beautiful young body. Between all those steps, there was an unending list of chores to take care of – Lavinia's mind excelled at finding tasks for menials.
  49. But even that wouldn't be enough. There was something dark inside Lavinia that was only satisfied under very specific conditions. It was like an itch – and ignoring it too long became unbearable. This urge (more like a demand) to see someone bowing to her, totally defeated, whose willpower was so shattered that she would rapidly agree to the most humiliating and debasing demands.
  50. Lavinia's mind also excelled at finding new ways of degrading people.
  51. She was brilliant, but the high-speed low-drag life she lived didn't allow her much opportunities to socialize. And even if it did, what could she say?
  52. "Would you like to be my unpaid servant girl, who lives crushed by the dread of displeasing me? I promise I will humiliate you mercilessly and block any attempt to escape until you are sucking on my toes and thanking me for the privilege!"
  53. No, there was truly no healthy way for Lavinia to live out this increasingly strong urge. And the longer it went unfulfilled, the more her academic studies struggled. What choice did she have but to create the situation she wanted to experience?
  54. So she created a posting on the "rooms for rent" section of a local website. The price was suspiciously lower than the market value to attract the specific type of candidate Lavinia needed. Someone with few resources, little family nearby, ideally with a small social circle that wouldn't much mind her absence.
  55. Lavinia screened the many candidates using all means of infometrics, paying a private research firm a small fortune to create profiles of each one. She even knew how many text messages they sent each day and, thanks to the GPS on their phones, how often they went out socially. This was a happy time for her. She would browse through the hundreds of photos each girl had on her social network pages, and deliberate over which girl would look best laboring on her hands and knees, head bowed, covered in welts and restrictive clothing as Lavinia swanned about barefoot in her black silk kimono.
  56. Lavinia finally settled on Charlotte – something about those little freckles on the girl's cheeks that gave her a decidedly doll-like appearance. It had been too long since Lavinia had played with dolls, and she was very eager to begin.
