- Remote Play for recording purposes. Use an Ethernet cable for both your PC and PS4. I have not tried doing this over wifi connections.
- 1. Make a second PSN account on your ps4.
- 2. Log in to the main account and turn off ps4.
- 3. Download Remote play (https://remoteplay.dl.playstation.net/remoteplay/lang/en/index.html)
- 4. Sign into your SECOND ACCOUNT on remote play. Don't connect yet.
- 5. Turn on PS4 signed into Main Account and connect with Remote play.
- 6. Set up the Remote Play screen in your OBS.
- This is not intended to use for playing through the remote play screen. Just for recording gameplay without needing a capture card. You still are playing through whatever display your PS4 is connected to.
