Kyoru Plot

	The Kyoru region is filled with many wonders, ranging from natural land formations to manmade monuments. Life was prospering, both humans and Pokémon are working together to create a truly beautiful region. A large part of the region’s success is owed to the famous Prism Incorporated, lead by Avery Wisteria, who is also the region’s head Pokémon Professor. Prism Inc.’s scientific breakthroughs were completely revolutionizing everybody’s life style. Prism Inc. is a research and development firm and one of the most advanced in the world. Its research had shed light on many mysteries of Pokémon, while maintaining its specialization in Pokémon medicine. Until one day, after months of speculation, Avery Wisteria publicly revealed she would be stepping down as CEO of Prism Inc., and revealed she had been diagnosed with a terminal illness. She stated she would be continuing her work as Pokémon Professor in a much more quiet location, which she had found in her hometown of Crysallis Town, located on an island off the coast of southern Kyoru.
	Devastated at the loss of their beloved leader, Prism Inc. scientists began trying to find a cure for Wisteria, unbeknownst to her. Despite numerous failures, the scientists had vowed to find a way to save her. It was on their worst day when they learned of the legendary Pokémon, Temponae, and its ability to not only control the fabric of Space-time but also its control over the fate of all living things. In another part of Kyoru, a group of people have found a way to control Rudrak, another legendary Pokémon. They had found a way to use it to destroy threads in Temponae’s webs, which unknowingly causing huge disturbances in the universe. Planning on using Temponae’s web to give themselves immortality, the group does anything they can to get access to Temponae’s cave, even if it means eliminating anyone who gets in their way.

	It’s an important day for Vincent/Vivien, the day where he/she finally get to receive their first Pokémon. After saying bye to their mother, Vincent/Vivien head to the Wisteria tree in front of the Pokémon Lab. Standing near the tree, a group of teenagers appear to be waiting for someone. Upon seeing Vincent/Vivien, the group of teens calls them over.  Vincent/Vivien, Erin (varies in gender) and Claire talk about which Pokémon they want while Garrett talks about how excited he is to start their journey. After a while of talking, the trainers head to the doors of the Pokémon Lab where they are met by Professor Wisteria. The Professor takes them to the outdoors part of the Pokémon Lab, where three PokeBalls lay on a table. She stands behind them while the three soon-to-be-trainers stand on the other side. Professor Wisteria explains the basics of being a Pokemon trainer, explaining how to battle, what Pokemon Gyms are, and the Elite Four. After the explanation, the professor chooses you to choose the first Pokemon. After choosing, Erin chooses the type you are weak against, Claire choosing the Pokemon you are strong against, and Garrett explains he already has a Pokemon.

		Garrett: Childhood friend; has had his own Pokemon for a while but has never left the island.
