  1. Do you consume meat at all? For thousands of years people have been consuming meat, and while this goes on some people insist on eating only vegetables. Since they do not believe in a nontraditional diet consisting solely of plants, they should be banished to the confines of Greenland.
  2. It is a fact that the body needs twenty amino acids, and while the body can synthsize 11 of these, only meat will give all of the nine that the body can not make. If a vegetarian does not eat the proper foods in proper amounts, he will not be as healthy as any normal omnivore, and would likely suffer from vitamin and mineral deficiencies such as low iron or low levels of B12. Furthermore, Omega 3 fatty acids may not be obtained in sufficient quantities as to benefit the heart. The only good source of Omega 3 fatty acids is fish.
  3. And so with this in mind I ask, would you be able to dedicate enough time in your day to make sure you recieve all of the nutrients that your body needs? If the answer is no, then why make things worse by eliminating a whole food group from your diet? Could you stand eating just salad, beans, nuts, and fruits? I know that I could not. Could you give up chicken, steak, and bacon? Of course not, and why would you want to live next to someone who found bacon to be repulsive? would you not find them repulsive?
  4. Vegetarians believe that it is wrong to consume animals because of their conscious thought, But is it any better than eating plants that have no means to defend themselves? It is worse to believe that it is wrong to eat meat and that it is perfectly fine to eat plants. Is it not better to eat all life, than to eat only that of plants? In the notion that eating plants is somehow better than eating meat there is a certain hypocrisy, for is not all life on earth sacred? It is better to accept that we are meant to eat meat than to believe that we may only eat plants.
  5. Though many things have changed in the world since man has walked earth, one thing has remained constant. Religion, Technology, and Civilization itself has changed since man first rose, but man has always eaten plants and animals. And why do we still eat animals? It is simply because they are as necessary to our diet as any plant. We must solve the problem of the broken minds of the vegetarians, and it may not be done with any pschologist. They must be sent off to Greenland, where they may grow whatever plants they wish to grow to help them survive. They may only be allowed to reintegrate after they have learned one of the most important truths of the world: that meat is necessary to survive!
