I picked up the information last week and it included information from 1999.  Just to confirm, in the email you sent on January 27, 2015, you stated that the only years available were from 98, 97, and 96 and that other years were destroyed a few years ago.  I know you had previously told me you had the 1999 records (which was what I obtained) but I am confused now as to what is actually missing/ destroyed.  Can you please confirm?
